"The Suite Spot"- A "not so average" basement apt- Light & airy. Just off W. Main St in a historic stone cottage. 1 mi fm downtown Franklin (a 20 min walk/ 5 min bike or Lyft ride, 35 min ride to downtown Nashville). Right across the street fm the best authentic mexican food in middle TN. This apt has cottage charm sporting painted concrete floors but softened up w/ plush rugs and bed linens. After seeing the sights, come home to "The Suite Spot" -grill out, sip a glass of wine, watch a movie.

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. The General's Qtrs - Walkable to DT

This Airbnb is completely private. It is located behind our personal house, above our attached garage. As of 10/16/2020 guests now have their own exterior access to the space independent of our home. There are stairs to climb since it's located above the garage space. Please be sure to click on the photos and read the captions to gain a better understanding of our space.
