The new open floor plan connects two large living spaces, with a centrally located kitchen and half bath, creating a functional and homey flow. In addition, the downstairs includes two bedrooms, with a master bath connected to the master bedroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms that share a large bathroom. The nooks, angles, exposed beams and raw wood, combined with the timeless stone exterior, will make you feel like you have arrived at the country cottage you have always dreamed of. This is a full house rental with parking for 3-4 cars. Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. The stone garage has a ping-pong table for family fun and the back den is full of board games, or you can enjoy the back yard fire pit. Split firewood onsite. Take a right and stroll down Battle Ave, then a quick leap over Columbia to Gist, then a left on Adams, left on 5th and arrive in the heart of Franklin.
