Amazing location! This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Broadway but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. There are tons of places to check out within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the pool. We wouldn’t want to stay in any other location after staying here. The Airbnb was cute and had all of the basics we needed. The host sent very detailed notes ahead of our stay. We’re thankful for the great experience.

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

Nice location by the water. Walkable to several areas close by. We went to the Sounds stadium and was easy to walk to it. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was great as it was right next to the building.

The barn was beautiful and well decorated. They have games to play and plenty of areas to relax including a swing, fireplace, tank pool, and a reading nook. The host were sweet and generous, offered for us to check in early. The grounds are peaceful. The animals were a little skittish to the touch at first but warmed up after a couple of times, they do love the carrots though. We would highly recommend staying here.

Will definitely be staying again, great clean stay, only a couple miles from downtown and all the fun!

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

Great place to stay. 20 min walk to downtown, but didn’t feel like it. We enjoyed the balcony and saw a good amount of wild life!

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

We had a lovely time at Redbird Acres. Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful surroundings. Everything in the house was cute and as described, and we felt right at home. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good water pressure - all the important stuff! 😊 Warren and his wife Megan were friendly, responsive hosts. We would definitely come back!

Beth called the day before our trip to give me helpful instructions on getting into the house. The house was on a quiet street with a lovely yard and deck for enjoying the outside. The inside of the house was very roomy, and everyone was able to have their own spaces. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and we were able to have our large family under one roof for meals! Having two living spaces was also very nice, as the younger people could have their own space. Thoroughly recommend Beth’s place!

This was my second out of many future stays with Thomm and Eva. They are the best of the best in terms of Airbnb hosts. Both of them are incredibly kind, helpful, and aware without an inch of intrusiveness. I stayed here for around 3 months, between two trips. I never had one bad experience. They had to deal with many issues on my part, however. Like late arrivals, annoying communication, lack of vacuuming, overuse of towels, etc. They treated me with unwavering generosity and comfort. In addition, the place is adorable and tucked away in one of the most beautiful areas I've ever seen. The surrounding nature is beautiful: gorgeous fall leaves, crickets, frogs and bunnies in the summer, deer, and the occasional possum. Like being in a Disney movie every day. I'm forever indebted to you Thomm and Eva!

Wonderful stay at this charming home! The house looked and smelled incredibly clean, and it's clear that it's thoughtfully maintained. All of the linens were freshly cleaned, which made it feel comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and it was a quick and easy drive to downtown. Tina was extremely responsive throughout my stay. It's such a quaint and cozy place. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

Super cute area! The bed was super comfortable and the tankless water heater was a great touch! It’s located nearby all the big things and is even pretty close to some hiking trails and state parks for outdoor lovers!

It was gorgeous! A great host who won’t bother you at all even if they live upstairs. I felt very comfortable and it’s a gorgeous peaceful location. Narrows of Harpeth wasn’t too far either me and my friends went there the next day. Great hosts and exceeded expectations.

it was so lovely to stay at Jenny and Dave's place! They made us feel very welcome and were easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. It's a quiet neighborhood, and it was very easy to get to anywhere we needed to be, only 20 minutes from the airport! I would definitely stay here if I'm visiting Nashville again.

My husband and our two dogs travelled to Nashville for a continuing education conference. The home was perfect for the four of us. The home was clean, private and just as described. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the private backyard. Being just 13 minutes from Music City Center, it made an easy commute for the conference and exploring downtown. We hope to come back to Nashville soon, we loved it. Ashley’s home would be our first pick of where to stay!

Set in the back of the yard, this peaceful little apartment loft was cozy, comfortable and quiet . The location was perfect, with a park nearby and 12 South shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Lori has taken care to provide all of the amenities anyone could ask for including a French press, which delighted my husband! The bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The stairs were well lit and the loft was decorated with comfortable chairs, a gorgeous plant and fun, whimsical notes. Everything was spotless and the a/c unit was easy to use. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely plan on staying there again!

Our stay with Val was so nice! Comfy room, spacious bathroom, very responsive host. Always a joy seeing Miss May out and about in the backyard as well! Thank you again :)
