Wow! We loved our stay at The Love Shack. Such great hospitality, communication and attention to detail. The cabin was in a gorgeous location and was truly a perfect escape. We hope to come back again soon.

Jonathan was not only very quick to respond, but he was also very kind, caring, and accommodating as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! It was just what we were looking for on our kid free weekend! Super relaxing and quiet. Jonathan was wonderful with keeping a check on us during our stay and let us know road conditions after the storm. We will definitely be back in the future!

There’s a great hiking area nearby that we really enjoyed, and everything about the place felt peaceful and welcoming. Abby and Drake are cool people too! Very comfortable and peaceful stay in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to Downtown Franklin and great places to go. The host was very welcoming and responsive. Will stay again without hesitation!

The house has a lot of personality and charm. It’s well decorated, beautifully restored and very comfortable. We loved the courtyard in the back, front porch, bikes, well-stocked kitchen (except for coffee!), large dining table, and walkability to nearby places. There were quite a few instructions in the house manual which were a bit tedious to follow (like requirements for using Alexa to turn on lights). We had a mix-up on using the 3rd bedroom but we worked through that and resolved the issue. Nanci was responsive throughout.

Airbnb renting is akin to online dating – glamour shots and lofty descriptions may defy reality. Nevertheless, we swiped right on The Bungalow and hit the jackpot! On entry, the unique charm of a historic home welcomed us with a feeling impossible in a new build or predictable hotel room. The house was spotless. The kitchen is fit for master chef or microwave wizard. All beds were comfortable and we appreciated that linens were laundered with unscented products. Baths have great pressure, hot water galore, and toilets that flush(without issue). The TV lounge and sun room provided ideal daily refuge. Everything is within walking distance! As old house fanatics, we enjoyed spending imaginary unlimited budgets renovating the house to our own fancy, and playing architectural archaeology, pondering the histories of its change. Thank you Tommy and Lane for sharing this jewel. We could think of no more perfect place to mesh with and enhance our maiden voyage to Franklin!

This place was better than expected! The backyard covered porch is where we spent most of our time and it was a dream! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a perfect location to venture to Nashville and Franklin. Karen was such a kind and helpful host!

Had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the spacious, fenced-in yard - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting the kids run around safely. The host also provided plenty of clean, fluffy towels, which was a nice touch and made us feel right at home. Communication was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

We travel often and this was one of the very nicest homes and experiences we have ever had. The place was exactly as described. We enjoyed the large and open living space and also the serenity of the back porch with lots of rocking chairs and the fire pit on the front patio. Megan was an absolute delight with which to work and always responsive, positive and helpful. I could not recommend this lovely and comfortable home any more.

My family and I stayed in the cabin for a month and it just felt like home right away. Sad to leave, but will be back in the future. BEAUTIFUL log cabin, over 100 years old with original fireplace and wood burning stove. The decor and furniture is absolutely perfect, so kudos to the interior designer! The kitchen and wrap around porch are to die for. Having an extended stay, we were able to meet/befriend many of the staff members and they were all extremely kind and welcoming. Anytime we needed anything, they were right on top of it. Abby, Lillian, Ryan and Wade were especially helpful :) If you need an escape or just a quiet place to relax, this is your place 💯
