House vacation rentals in Williamson County

Joel and his family were wonderful to deal with. I had my parents staying in town for 4 weeks so we rented this cozy little spot near my own home and close to downtown Franklin. It was perfectly nestled right outside downtown across from our favorite park, Pinkerton. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and Joel had strong communication with some of the things that popped up in our 4 week stay. I highly recommend you rent this unit and am grateful to have found it!

My three sons and myself stayed in this house August 10th through the 16th. We found it on the Airbnb website, and we were very impressed looking at the pictures, so we booked it. The pictures do not do this house justice. This place is amazing. It has every comfort of home. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us and could easily still be as comfortable for 8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you would need. We found ourselves in the amazing pool in the evenings and then in the screened in deck at night. If you are one of those people who like to give the place a quick cleaning before you settle in don’t bother. This place is clean. We also loved Franklin. Far not too far from Nashville and the airport. Plenty of great restaurants around too. I did not get to meet Jill who is the host, but she was always a text away and quickly responded with any questions I had. I cannot recommend this house enough! Thanks Jill for a great week!!

Beautiful house super close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to Nashville. Modern amenities and comfy beds. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

This home was beautiful! The yard was amazing. The size of the beds was awesome! The size of the whole home was amazing. and it was in a quiet wooded area that just felt like peace to the soul. and the price was better than a lot of the others in comparison, especially considering the amount of king bedrooms. we would love to come here again!

Great place to stay. Nice pool and hot tub on site and Karen is very friendly. Nice QUIET place to stay and not much of a drive really anywhere.

I chose this BnB because of the location but also because of the extras that some others didn’t include. I cancelled my first booking at a different location for this trip because I realized it didn’t include bathroom towels, washcloths, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. I quickly realized I needed more out of my choice. This BnB not only provided these items (so I didn’t have to pack them in my suitcase), but it was in a beautiful location and was impeccably clean, especially all items in the kitchen cabinets. What a great stay!

Nice home with some updates. There was a little glitch with one of the toilets, but the manager came over immediately and fixed it We liked the location and access to the playground. The office desk and lots of plugs for charging was a hit. Kitchen was well appointed and everything clearly marked.

This home was absolutely perfect for a weekend girls trip!!! It was just the perfect size for the three of us…..so clean, beautiful decor, soft and stylish linens and great shower products to use. Rebekah was so responsive and helpful! Will be back!

This little farm house was perfect! Decorated darling very comfortable on a beautiful farm. Across the street from The Factory a great little shopping and restaurant area. Only 30 minutes from Nashville airport. Close to down town Franklin we loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house. The surroundings and view are beautiful. Perfect spot for a getaway. Highly recommend!

There was some extreme weather during our stay but we felt safe in the home and the host helped me with questions I had about what to do in certain events. Our stay at Seward Hall, an enchanting Airbnb house built in the 1800s, was simply delightful! The house was in immaculate shape, beautifully preserving its historic charm while providing modern comforts. With ample space for our group of five, we found everything we needed right at our fingertips. The amenities were fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. A highlight of our visit was spotting five deer gracefully roaming in the front yard, adding a magical touch to our experience. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Seward Hall to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway!

We loved staying here! This home is in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. We were very comfortable, and the keypad access was easy. The host provided some bottled water and tasty snacks. The checkout process was super easy as well. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! The accommodations were perfect and the location was walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Karen was a great host. She provided recommendations for shopping and dining and was available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Franklin!

The host was extremely nice, and super helpful. The tiny home was beautiful and clean it was perfect for our 2 night get away.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! The pics absolutely didn't do it justice. It comfortably stayed all 9 of us with no crowded feeling. Every utensil, dish, etc you would need to cook is provided along with great seasonings. The master suite mattress was the most comfortable I've ever been on in my life. No road noises. Everything was SPOTLESS. Hot tub was fabulous and back deck so relaxing. The aesthetic of the home was this perfect blend of farmhouse and luxury at the same time. The marble shower with built in bench seat was one of my favorite things!! Every room was so spacious, high ceilings, luxurious furniture, elegant decor. Dining table held all of us well. If we ever decide to build a house, I'm booking another stay just to take pictures of the layout lol. It's absolutely perfect for large families/groups. We will definitely book this place again without hesitation!!! 100/10 recommend!!!

This Airbnb was truly a slice of heaven for my family and I. Butch is a great host and created a peaceful space. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. Leiper’s Fork has a tiny downtown that is an 8 minute walk away!! Great live music, great food…and even better people watching. We have all already decided that we will definitely come back.
