We had a nice quiet stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful house and neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Great host too.

The Red Suite is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette perfect for what we needed (breakfasts). The outdoor space was really nice, sunset views and a lot of birds singing. We didn't use the pool, but if it were hotter it would be very inviting. It was a perfect hangout for us visiting family in Franklin!

Laura is a wonderful host and awesome person! Felt like we were part of the family!! Her dog Poppy was pretty cool too!! Her house is awesome!! I can't wait to go back!!

Mark was an amazing host ! Place was very clean and he responded every time I messaged him. Helped us out when we didn’t know where to go what to eat. We did think it was a little over priced for the small space but other than 10/10. Area was safe.

This was the most wonderful stay! This property was breathtaking! The house was clean comfortable and well appointed. Although it was really not warm enough to swim the children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed morning hikes right outside the back door. After exploring all day we loved coming back to the hot tub and fire pit. John and Renee were so kind and welcoming. They also gave us perfect recommendations for restaurants. We truly felt right at home. We really wished we had more time and are planning our next visit back. Leipers Fork is such a quaint, welcoming and adorable town. In addition to spring break, we were also in town for a baseball tournament. Our drives to the games were beautiful. We just loved the area and house so much! You really can't go wrong with this property.

Great location near shopping, downtown Franklin, restaurants, parks. Nice desk if you have to work. Friendly host. Pretty neighborhood. Tips: Front door sticks a bit, give it a firm push. Bedroom has blinds, but they let in some light. If you like it dark, it helps to close the en-suite bathroom door. Main living space has no window coverings, but trees provide some privacy. Kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. There are 2 plush bathrobes provided.

Staying here was a true joy! I spent a week attending classes at New Approach, a nearby jewelry school. The airbnb's proximity was the main reason I chose to stay there, but once I drove down their long drive and saw the property, I realized this would be a nature lover's respite after long days of classes. From the effortless check in, to the generous snacks and coffee awaiting me inside, to the cozy, fully and comfortably furnished space itself (fabulous pillows on the bed and a MASSAGE CHAIR in the living room), to zthe 2 farm dogs who'd randomly choose to grace me with their presence while outside...all of my time in Mark and Charlotte's space on their property was lovely. You won't find many options for restaurants and stores in the 10-15min immediate vicinity, so picking up some groceries before you check in might be helpful. Mark and Charlotte themselves are welcoming, friendly, helpful, easy going hosts who I hope I get to stay with again in the future.

Thank you for hosting us. We had a lovely time. We were in town for the “Family Life Weekend To Remember!” Event for married couples. It was our 18th wedding anniversary weekend and we really enjoyed the location. We live in a very rural area and large cities are not something we like, we felt very comfortable here and should we come back we hope to have the chance to stay here again. Many blessings

Beautiful home & property!! Very relaxing atmosphere. Stayed one week~ the Iocation was great! Close to everything, in a peaceful country setting. Luciana was SO accommodating, very kind, & fast to reply. I inquired for a last min (like 2 hours) stay, and Luciana had gotten everything ready for me!! Would definitely stay here again!
