Highly recommend Karen’s place! She is a very responsive host and her place was the perfect stay for my friends and I attending a wedding in Franklin. The fenced in backyard was a nice plus for our dog.

We booked this place as a retirement getaway for a friend. It was economical, clean and within walking distance of what we wanted to do in Franklin. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

This place was better than expected! The backyard covered porch is where we spent most of our time and it was a dream! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a perfect location to venture to Nashville and Franklin. Karen was such a kind and helpful host!

Very spacious house, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice grill on natural gas. 1 very big master bedroom with kingbed and TV, 1 extra bedroom with a queen bed and TV and an extra queen bed. Also TV in the living room. Very pet friendly. Gras in front and in the back. We felt immediately at home. Everything you need is available. Gail is a great host. Very responsive and ready to help and she gave recommendations for restaurants. Nice surroundings with a lot of hiking trails in the area. Franklin only 15 min away and Nashville only 25 min ! I can really recommend this house. We spend there 6 days and were very satisfied !!!

Our stay was all we hoped it would be! This lovely home is spacious, very clean and comfortable! Casper is an excellent host and was very easy to communicate with!

Beautiful place near downtown Franklin! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and super clean, and in a great location, near shops and restaurants. The hosts are fantastic! Lauren was very responsive and helpful. The house was nice and clean. Our dog loved the deck and fenced in yard. Nice neighborhood and close to downtown Franklin! Would stay again.

From the moment I pulled in the drive and stopped to double check the instructions, Selena was right there to help out and make me feel like I had found a long lost relative! If I wasn’t in town to visit my son, I could have sat and enjoyed all the lovely conversations we shared almost endlessly. Never before have I had such fresh and absolutely delicious breakfast at my stay, I am telling ya, she absolutely blew me away with her genuine southern hospitality. The property is breathtaking, and most certainly worth a little stroll about to truly appreciate it all; be ready though, there will be pony snouts that must be joyfully pet as payment along your walk. As a veteran, having direct access to the sauna was only a cherry on top. Hopping into that in the evening, then freshening up in the wonderful little bathroom was a luxury I wanted to bring praise to. I will be returning as much as I can to this haven in the future.

The place was great - lots of different areas - would be great for a large group! We had a little confusion about which area we were staying in but Cassie was really responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Great place where to stay. It's 30 mins from downtown Nashville, but give you the silence and the peace of the countryside. The woods are amazing and the whole property is gorgeous. Highly suggested to people who -like me- enjoy the town, but need to stay in a quiet place and maybe have morning walks in the woods.

Rented for my niece on her wedding night and they both loved it. They loved the chocolate covered strawberries left for them and it was very clean.

Honestly nothing wrong the place. 10/10 will book again when we come visit again

What a great escape! The Barn By The Creek was our home away from home for 8 days and offered everything we needed for an extended stay in Nashville. The kitchen is handy - the bedrooms comfy and the location close enough to the Nashville 'scene' but yet away from it all. Jonathan is a great host! Thanks for providing such a unique experience.

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

Jared’s cabin was a peaceful escape and exactly what we needed. Close enough to Nashville to go out in the evening, but secluded in beautiful scenery for a perfect rest.

Elaine was great! Our whole group loved our stay and it was fantastic for the price. Elaine did a wonderful job of making us feel right at home. We felt respected as guests and couldn't have asked for a much better stay. 5 out of 5 stars!

The cabin was just as pictured, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The WI-FI was absolutely reliable, I worked the second week and in a lot of video meetings, it was perfect. The outdoor deck was cute and comfy and very peaceful surroundings. I was alone for the second week and felt very secure in the cabin. The grocery is a half mile down the road and I was pleased to see that they were a full service grocery and carried everything (despite the small town)! Great quality meats and produce too. I tried the Grindstone Cowboy and it was great and easily walkable access. Pam was proactive and responsive ( I couldn't find find the remote for the living room lighting and she responded right away). I would recommend this cabin and hope to stay again sometime.

Very cute and nice house; perfect for three of us. It’s about a 30 minute drive into Nashville, but we knew that so we’re OK with it as we had things to do in Franklin as well. The bathroom and bedroom were spotless and plenty of linens. Appreciated the extra chargers he had in the bedrooms as well as we all had work to do during our stay. All the nights we were there were lovely weatherwise, too so we enjoyed the front porch! for visiting.

Fabulous Airbnb. Accurate description, peaceful and quaint, beautiful decor, great architectural details, beautiful inside and out wonderful views, love the horses, fantastic location, and Ashley had wonderful communication. I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a great convenient location and peaceful, quaint serenity. I have never felt more at home at an Airbnb. Ashley was more accommodating than any hostess I’ve ever used. I cannot wait to go back and stay there again. Not to mention the place was spotless clean not one thing out of place. Just absolutely praise this place and loved it. has all the amenities that you would need.

Biff was very kind and pleasant… the perfect host. We were so happy to find this immaculate and beautiful place. In addition to its charm and lovely interior design, it was perfect for our family vacation plans in and around Nashville…And close to our local family in Fairview. We would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic BnB. Beautiful, spacious, delicious coffee house on site. Cool despite the heat outside. Would highly recommend staying here. We also loved the Mexican Food truck on site. Taco bowl was delicious. Comfortable bed….
