Great place to stay!! Close to Nashville but far enough to feel like you’re out in the country. Loved having the lake to go out on as well. Definitely would come back again for sure!

The house is very nicely decorated and furnished. It had all the amenities one could wish for plus more. Very comfortable furniture and a great environment to spend time in. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly throughout the stay. The house is located in a transitional area about 12 minute drive from Broadway with a lot of great local places near to eat and/or listen to music. The house is located along a road which you can hear at night.

We traveled to Nashville for a family birthday party and needed a place to stay where we could have our dog, as we were bringing him with us. This house was PERFECT! Close to great shopping and restaurants, big back yard and very comfortable clean home, bathroom and bedrooms.

Ethan was great to communicate with and gave very clear instructions. It was a clean house and walkable distance to the restaurants/bars! Would stay here again. Fit our friend group perfectly!

Lauren and Jen’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 adults. The place was quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable. We loved how beautiful the rooms were. The location was ideal, minutes by car to the honky tonks on Broadway. We would definitely stay here again!

Our five-day stay provided our family of 4 with needed peace and relaxation. Grace and Martin are the ideal hosts for us; they respected our privacy, but were available when we needed anything and welcomed us into their lives. We loved being far enough away from Nashville to avoid the crowds and close enough to head to the city for the day. We especially loved the animals, the art, the porch and the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Wonderful home in the heart of The Nations. Beautiful back yard with awesome garden, fire ring, and plenty of firewood. If you’re a plant and book lover, this is your place.

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place. It was secluded and private but not a far drive from the local town and restaurants. We made great use of the beautiful fire pit and were very thankful that Kyle provided firewood for us. Would definitely stay here again

This house was great! Just what we needed for a nice get away with the dog. It’s not far from the heart of the city but far enough to be out of the crazy traffic. Danny was a great host. Straight forward instructions and very responsive! We will definitely stay at this house again the next time we come to Nashville!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Nicely located near Broadway. Looks like an older style house, but beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bedding, nice size living room, and a small kitchen makes for a great place to stay for a short or long stay vacation. We had a great time here and slept very well. The hosts were very accommodating. I would recommend anyone to try this place out.

This home was super cute! Our little family felt right at home inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and very close to many stores and restaurants. We had a great time playing games inside and cooking together in the kitchen. Our girls had a blast roller skating down the street without having to stop for a lot of traffic. All communication was clear and detailed which is much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

beautiful place peaceful surroundings. very clean and comfortable. neat well stocked. the only issue i had was my own. also I couldn't figure out how to get the door to lock, but it was so quiet and peaceful, even though it was in the middle of the city, I left it just closed. went to get dinner, and thought it was locked, but I guess I did it wrong. Anyway, after discovering that there was no longer a reason to ask how, so i never even mentioned it. all was well. it wasn't bothered at all when we came back from the restaurant. I highly recommend staying here. it was perfect!

Lindsay was attentive and responsive. Property was clean and ready for guests. Property was close to great restaurants and shopping while in a private and welcoming location just outside of downtown Franlkin. Pets were welcomed and enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Franklin and Nashville.

Stormer’s home is beautiful! I usually am one to bring Lysol and disinfectant wipes any time we stay in a bnb (I even bring my own sheets and comforters) but this home was SQUEAKY clean!! They allow animals which is awesome as we have three pups and a kitty we were able to bring as well. The fenced in back yard was perfect! So many good food options nearby and not too far from Nashville! Definitely worth what you pay and I will definitely stay here again if we return to Tennessee!

Tom's place was great. He's very friendly and responsive.His house is really nice and cozy, great location, and close to all the places we were going to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood and area is very nice and friendly, and the location makes it easy to get to all parts of Nashville. The house is cute and cozy, and matches pictures and description well. The back yard is huge and fantastic if traveling with pets.
