Great location, walkable to restaurants and other activities. It was a short drive to downtown Nashville, with a parking spot for guests. The pool was a nice bonus to cool off in after spending the day walking the city. We would recommend this property!

The location for the price almost can’t be beat, you can walk to fast food or even the store if needed. Downtown is basically a drive up the street, and the residents are so quiet it was a great stay will definitely stay here again.

The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.
