Susan was great to work with and this property was one of the best we've stayed in. I have very high standards for cleanliness, and this home was truly spotless. Everything was exactly as described and the property is spacious and beautiful. Great back yard and deck, comfortable beds, kitchen was well appointed and living area is open and spacious for a family. I highly recommend this property!

The location is great. You can walk to Franklin if you need to. It was a great landing spot for us as we weren’t planning on spending a ton of time at the home. The kitchen was ready for you to make a meal. There were more than enough towels and wash cloths which was so nice to have with staying four nights with four people! There are places to plug things in on the night stands that were a nice touch! It had everything we needed!

Spacious house worked well for our family of 7. Fenced back yard was perfect for kids and dog. We would stay again.

This is a well maintained older home with character. It is clean, well organized and comfortable. The Host is fantastic with suggestions for dinner and sightseeing. Don’t hesitate on this listing it’s well worth the stay!

We had family that came in town for a wedding from all different places and this was just a very easy place to be able to gather and hang out. It was very relaxed and easy to manage the way the house was set up.

We loved our stay at Angel's Song and Franklin, TN! Angel's Song met all our expectations. The house is beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. There was no adjustment period needed! The nearby shopping area, Berry's Farm, had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home. The location was great with just a short drive to all the tourist activities we wanted to take in. We highly recommend Angel's Song Airbnb. We would stay here again the next time we are in TN.

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

This cozy loft was amazing to stay in, and we felt right at home. The location couldn't have been better, only a few minutes walk to our favorite restaurants and bars. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, we had a nice fire and the cool rainy night. Very nice. Will visit again.

Carol’s place was phenomenal. We were looking for a place to stay that was outside of the city but still close enough to get there easily. Everything was incredibly clean and well kept. Carol was very responsive when it came to check in and check out. We loved sitting outside every morning and enjoying the peace and quiet with a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We got into town earlier than check in time and since they had the space ready, they allowed us to check in sooner. The space was very homey and comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was great for visiting downtown Franklin and also easy access to Nashville. Highly recommended this place and host!

Edy and her husband were wonderful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were perfect for our long weekend get-a-way. Close to restaurants, hiking, parks and distilleries. We especially enjoyed sitting on their beautiful back patio with a glass of wine and a book. Edy and her husband are one of the most hospitable hosts we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

Nice place to stay, enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, we had a severe storm/tornado warning on our last night. Judy kept us informed and it was a very safe space to stay with no worries, except for hearing the sirens warning system going off! Thanks again for a great stay. Gary and Janice

Such a fantastic stay with Peggy and Iain. House was exactly what we needed for a day and night in Franklin. They were so welcoming, helpful and very flexible with check in and out times. Would highly recommend a stay here! Thank you

Unfortunately I was sick with a nasty respiratory virus when we traveled down. I felt so comfortable at Rebecca's, it was very homey and I slept great there and fortunately felt much better. The hockey rinks we had to go to were close by, it was the perfect location.

Really enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to stay in a hotel, but couldn't find anything affordable the area without having to stay in Nashville. The condo was close to the church we wanted to attend on Easter and also to Nashville for sightseeing. Check-in and out was very easy and there were great instructions for tv use. The fixtures in the bathroom was and appliances in the kitchen appear recently installed, even if the complex itself is slightly dated. Definitely a great place to stay if you are have a smaller family like ours (3 of us) and are looking for a nice place to stay in the Franklin area without breaking the bank.
