Beautiful, peaceful modern farmhouse on an acre with a fenced yard, mature trees ample parking and a washer/ dryer. The home sits in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to all the sites Nashville has to offer. We are pet friendly, but do not allow parties. The backyard has plenty of shade so you can enjoy grilling with your friends & family. Please be respectful to our neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

A private home in with heart of Franklin. It comes with a driveway that holds up to 5 compact cars. It is located a mile away from the Factory of Franklin, 1.5 miles away from Franklin Downtown, `3.5 miles away from Cool Springs Galleria, and 2 miles from I-65. My personal favorite is the Natchez Trace Parkway drive in the evenings (if you go there please watch out for the deer).

My place is close to The Natchez Trace and historic Leipers Fork. You’ll love my place because the private, cozy cabin is situated on a 20 acre farm that adjoins the Trace. You will have a fireplace and a large screened in porch. Very quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, outdoor folks, bicyclers, and business travelers.
