Really enjoyed my time in Spring Hill and I’m super thankful to have been able to call this my home during my stay!

Staying at Fran and Fi's was a great idea! It was a beautiful home with a large and lovely back yard. It is close to town and there is tons to do in Franklin. It was a lovely place to stay and we can't wait to go back again! Fran was very helpful, responsive and even left cookies for my Birthday! What a thoughtful host! Cannot recommend enough.

This is a well maintained older home with character. It is clean, well organized and comfortable. The Host is fantastic with suggestions for dinner and sightseeing. Don’t hesitate on this listing it’s well worth the stay!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! The pics absolutely didn't do it justice. It comfortably stayed all 9 of us with no crowded feeling. Every utensil, dish, etc you would need to cook is provided along with great seasonings. The master suite mattress was the most comfortable I've ever been on in my life. No road noises. Everything was SPOTLESS. Hot tub was fabulous and back deck so relaxing. The aesthetic of the home was this perfect blend of farmhouse and luxury at the same time. The marble shower with built in bench seat was one of my favorite things!! Every room was so spacious, high ceilings, luxurious furniture, elegant decor. Dining table held all of us well. If we ever decide to build a house, I'm booking another stay just to take pictures of the layout lol. It's absolutely perfect for large families/groups. We will definitely book this place again without hesitation!!! 100/10 recommend!!!

We had a fantastic experience working with Jackson and Suzie - they are truly above and beyond! Case in point: one day during our visit, we locked ourselves out of the house. I messaged Suzie, and she was there in a matter of minutes to unlock the door for us. Another day, after some severe storms overnight, Suzie messaged the next morning just to check on us. Their communication was top-notch...they always responded very quickly to any messages and were so helpful with answering questions. Their home was spotlessly clean and was extremely well-stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, paper products, etc. to make for a smooth stay. They provided a garage door opener for us to use - it was SO nice being able to park in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Franklin, and the interstate. I highly recommend this home and the wonderful hosts who made it such a comfortable and cozy place for our family to stay!!

We, five adult ladies, were celebrating my sister’s retirement. This home fit our needs, being very spacious, no one felt like they were crowded. This location enabled us to go to Nashville or surrounding attractions without having to stay in the hustle and bustle. This house was very quiet. We were able to stay in if we wanted to. There were some great restaurants downtown Franklin, we ate in downtown restaurants several times. It was nice being able to browse in the quaint stores and not fill rushed.

Great location - house was just as listed. Samuel is very prompt in responding to questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, clean, comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, hot shower was great, bed was comfortable. Felt very private and secure. Had great outdoor lighting so I could see to enter door access code easily. I knew I could get in touch with Elaine easily but did not need anything. Check in and check out was very easy!

Derek and Tara's apartment was perfect for our visit to Spring Hill to see a friend. It was close to groceries and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Yet removed from most of the hustle and bustle. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bath were stocked with everything thing you need to have a comfortable stay. It is close to a busy road so there is some noise. We enjoyed out stay and recommend it.

Located in a beautiful, private, quiet wooded setting. Spacious and a great outdoor deck. Unique location in the you have the enjoyment of pleasant drives in a scenic area as well as only a few minutes to Franklin and all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay here. The property is so peaceful and in a gorgeous area. The house is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you, Jim and Hilda for a wonderful stay—we will be back!

Place is outstanding. In a great area with much to do and has great views. Host is responsive, provides great recommendations and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place.

This was my first time staying in someone place and it was a great first experience. The room is as described, very peaceful, and comfortable bed. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent getaway or calm spot just outside of Nashville. Very spacious, very clean, and very friendly host. There was plenty of room for me, my wife and my two kids. Also you cannot beat having a usable washer and dryer has well.
