Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Williamson County

Highly recommend Karen’s place! She is a very responsive host and her place was the perfect stay for my friends and I attending a wedding in Franklin. The fenced in backyard was a nice plus for our dog.

We enjoyed our stay at Troy’s place. The house was nicely decorated and more than spacious for the two of us. We loved the setting. Even though we were a few minutes from all of the action, it felt like we were in the countryside. The place is as described: clean and welcoming. We appreciated finding extra paper products, washing and cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers, foil, wraps and all kinds of seasonings, olive oil, vinegar etc.. that one doesn’t usually find in other Airbnb places. That extra touch from the hosts was most welcomed and appreciated. Since we have family in Franklin we will be visiting again and will definitely consider staying at Troy’s place if it’s available.

This place was better than expected! The backyard covered porch is where we spent most of our time and it was a dream! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a perfect location to venture to Nashville and Franklin. Karen was such a kind and helpful host!

Thomas was excellent at communicating and extremely helpful answering our questions. The house was perfect for our group, great location- we would absolutely be back!

Casper was a welcoming host, even going out of his way to allow us to come in early to get ready to be at a wedding. He did not have to do that and it was very much appreciated. The house was clean and large enough for us and our grown children. Even though we did not do any cooking at the house, it would have had everything we needed. It had plenty of cups and things to drink out of and silverware. There was also cleaning supplies and paper products which was appreciated. The sleeping arrangements were spacious and comfortable. There’s a nice walking trail nearby and the neighborhood is nice. It’s centrally located to lots of places to eat. Overall, though we were only there for three nights. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The home was exactly what was displayed. Communication was proactive and we didn't experience any issues. The location is about 15 minutes away from the city and still far enough to be in a peaceful area with a great backyard view.

Great visit. Excellent location - very close to several restaurants and grocery store. Lots of space - had everything we needed!

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The place was very nice, they thought of everything you would need. It’s a little unit around the back, separate from their rest of their home. We were left to ourselves and always felt like we had privacy. Their home is off a busy road, so you can miss it if you aren’t paying attention! We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again :)!

Everyone was so helpful, it was clean and a great place! No complaints, I wish I could have pet the cat though. 😂 It was meowing and putting it's paws under the door, I bet it's so, so cute.

Tina and her beautiful Farm completely exceeded our expectations! We immediately felt so welcome on their incredible farm. Our kids roamed the property and were usually given treats to spoil the animals with. The grounds were breath taking and both Tina and Leno were incredible hosts. We felt like we were home and never wanted leave. We will definitely be returning at some point! We cannot thank Tina and Leno enough for their hospitality and for sharing their paradise with us!

We loved our stay at Savanah's place: super clean, beautiful decor, amazing surroundings!! ... Overlooking and horse stables and beautiful park with walking/biking trails... WE loved waving to the horseback riders that passed by in the morning... The location was great - very close to town yet miles away in peacefulness! Wonderful stay!!

Such a nice place! Very clean, modern and appeared fairly new. Comfy bed. Very roomy. Christina was so thoughtful, above and beyond other AirBNBs I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot of them. You’ll love this place!

Beautiful apartment , 2 beautiful full baths, close to everything, spotless!

Jared’s cabin was a peaceful escape and exactly what we needed. Close enough to Nashville to go out in the evening, but secluded in beautiful scenery for a perfect rest.

We had a wonderful experience at this cabin during our Thanksgiving holiday! The cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything our family needed to feel right at home. Tammi went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect. She also treated us to some delicious goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch! The space itself was lovely—charming decor, cozy atmosphere, and all the resort-like amenities made our stay feel extra special. The property was peaceful and serene, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway. We truly felt spoiled and appreciated every moment of our stay. We can't wait to return to the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!

I loved staying here, and plan to either go to the same place again and/or book another one of her properties. Her property is adorable and has so many thoughtful personal touches. She also goes above and beyond for her guest. I can’t recommend anyone more.

Our stay was absolutely great from start to finish. The house was clean, welcoming, and cozy; we felt right at home. Dena was very thoughtful and helpful. She made sure check-in was okay and that everything was as it should be and gave recommendations for the area. Would definitely book again!

What a beautiful place to call home for a few days! I never knew how peaceful cows and birds sounded at 5:30 am! (The neighboring cows mooing can be heard while you're drinking coffee on the balcony porch - taking in the beautiful sunrise, the gorgeous views, the morning fog rolling in, the nature of it all! None of the guests inside were woken by the animal noises, they slept soundly!) We felt safely tucked away up in the hills. We loved the fact that we were away from the hustle and bustle and people yet close enough to city life to make a Walmart run (15-20 minutes away. Who forgets sandals on vacation?!) The place was well stocked, from bath towels/linens to games/activities to kitchenware/utensils. Seriously, everything you could need was available. The home was clean, super comfy with trendy decor, huge kitchen space and a large dining table. Detailed and helpful check in/check out instructions were given, the owner was extremely quick to respond to any messages. 10 out of 10!!

The cottage and its lush surroundings was even better than described. Immediately upon arrival we all knew we wouldn’t want to leave! It’s very private and embedded in a fairytale-like forest with views from every window, especially the master bedroom. We awoke to birds singing, enjoyed coffee and conversation on the large wrap porch, took little hikes thru the woods. While checking out antiques in Leipers Fork we met American Pickers’ Mike Wolf, who lives nearby, and he recommended Fox & Locke for lunch. He was right - it was delicious! We ventured into Franklin for more exploration and found the Dortch Stove Works factory which is being converted to shops, dining and theater venues. We loved the long rolling drive to/from the cottage as well as variety of foliage. It was absolutely beautiful, inside and outside, and it was secluded which met our needs! I slept better than I have in a very long time. Thank you!

Very pretty and well-appointed place in the woods. Spacious and well-equipped, tastefully and creatively decorated, very livable. Would definitely stay again.
