Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Williamson County

Loved it. Comfy bed, lovely home, super friendly host! We came into town for work for the weekend and loved the close proximity to where we needed to be. We plan on returning in the fall if available.

Hilda was very responsive and accommodating. The place was east to find and was a peaceful scenic piece of property. Would recommend for a quiet getaway

This house was everything we needed for our stay and more. With 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids, everyone had their own space and their own bathroom which was a great plus. The furniture was modern, but cozy. The decor was very welcoming and peaceful. The stand out feature was the screened in deck with extra wide porch swing. My mom and I spent our mornings drinking coffee out there watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. The location is private with a good size backyard, but less than 10min from the grocery store and downtown Franklin. Karen was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was the perfect location for our stay.

My wife and I headed down to Franklin TN somewhat on a whim and somehow got super lucky and landed in the Swordfish Suite on 4th and it was just simply perfect. We have stayed in a lot of short term rentals but nothing has topped this place. The location to downtown Franklin is perfect and the neighborhood is gorgeous! Once we parked our car directly in front of the apartment we never needed or wanted to use it during our stay. The suite had every single thing you could possibly need and many things you just simply wouldn’t expect to be provided. I almost hate to even bring this place to the public eye because it’s such a quaint little secret spot that we will definitely visit it again and are looking forward to. Apparently the owners have other properties that they list in the suite and we’re discussing visiting those as well making the accommodations themselves the destination! The hosts and co-host communicated everything very well and have done a great job with this place!!

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

Joel and his family were wonderful to deal with. I had my parents staying in town for 4 weeks so we rented this cozy little spot near my own home and close to downtown Franklin. It was perfectly nestled right outside downtown across from our favorite park, Pinkerton. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and Joel had strong communication with some of the things that popped up in our 4 week stay. I highly recommend you rent this unit and am grateful to have found it!

This place is nice, new, clean & comfortable! It is an apartment in a large complex. The bed was comfortable. Sapphire left nice snacks & a variety of k-cups. We had difficulty opening lock box to get in place. Another issue we tried to go to pool & were told the owner had to accompany us! That was a disappointment as it was hot with rain predicted later & that was going to be our entertainment for the day! Overall it was a good stay!

Loved our stay! Clean, super comfortable beds, wonderful location close to downtown Franklin! Cute little swing thing in the backyard for kids. Great kitchen if you are cooking. Would come back in a heartbeat!
