Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Erlangen-Höchstadt

We were looking for a way to recharge and unwind on a weekend without children. For this, Claudia's cottage seemed made to us in the pictures - small, cozy, private, in nature and somehow quaint. Claudia contacted us directly and proved to be a friendly and interested host. She was always easily accessible and responded quickly to small detailed questions, so we always felt well looked after. We were able to find that the advertisement presented the house excellently. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend, in and around the house there is really everything you could ask for. No high-gloss luxury, but real charm and a pleasant atmosphere. The spa floor with relaxation room and sauna leaves nothing to be desired, the terrace invites you to sunbathe and behind the house you can listen to the forest sounds and barbecue or make a fire. We'll be back for sure, two thumbs up🤗

Beautiful accommodation in a historic cottage with lots of flair, great renovated and super cozily furnished. Top location in a small, quiet alley; bakery, restaurants, the recommended beer museum and a large, free parking is still only a few minutes walk away. We felt very comfortable here and will be happy to recommend the house of Kerstin and Robert in their circle of friends.

Judith and Jürgen are super hosts. We've never had a place that was so well thought out in so many details. From first aid box to olive oil, there were great amenities that went far beyond the usual. We felt very comfortable. It started when you booked. Judith pointed out that in addition to the Casa Loft there is also the apartment La Mansarda and we can eat all meals in the Casa Loft.

A wonderful place to switch off and relax but also with enough opportunities in the area for excursions or hiking. The house offers everything you need and is modern but cozily furnished without frills. When the weather is nice, staying in the garden makes it complete.

My kids loved the fish and the back yard. Plus the big TV! XD

A nice cottage with a large terrace and a nice garden. There is everything you need. The nearby canal invites you to take wonderful walks in nature. We explored the Schwarzachklamm, the Sophienquelle and the Happurger Stausee. We and our dog enjoyed it very much. Exactly the rest and relaxation we were looking for. Thanks also to Viktor for the great communication.

We had a great time at Casa Cara - everyone felt really comfortable and the house has wiklich charm. Great! Corien is a great hostess and gave us great tips for the area!

Everything was as described, spacious house, well-maintained and clean! Very suitable for a family reunion. Playground right next door, sports field within walking distance. Contact with Jens and Lena was very nice and straightforward! We'd love to come back!

Judit's place in Ebermannstadt is fantastic. Located directly on the Wisent, you have a wonderful view of the garden from the spacious terrace. Although the place is very quiet, you can still reach everything from restaurants to beer gardens, savings bank and shopping on foot. We had a great stay and have already booked again for the fall.

Do not hesitate to book Nicole”s apartment if you’ll be lucky to catch it. Absolutely amazing property with true home sweet home feeling. Great host, easy to communicate and deal with, prompt and helpful with any possible assistance. Will be happy to return and highly recommend 👍

Perfect for visiting trade fair with several people. Super location, 1 min to the SBahn

We stayed in the apartment with our daughter for five days. We were all comfortable. There are two beautiful bedrooms and a large living room. The furnishings are tasteful and cozy and there is everything you could possibly need, e.g. plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses and a dishwasher for them. Also decent knives. The hosts were very attentive and even had some Easter eggs and drinks for us in the fridge. For our daughter there was a large teddy bear and gummy bears. The car can park in front of the large private terrace, which we would have liked to use in better weather. Recommended.

The apartment is located in a beautiful peaceful place. The tranquility and nature are exceptional. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard. Everything is available to feel comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

In a nutshell: "A little paradise!" Wonderful! I immediately felt at home. Very nice hosts! Highly recommended. Always happy to come back when I'm in the area!

Lovely property and would consider staying again in the future

We were able to spend some nice and relaxing days in Franconian Switzerland with our baby. Thomas and Elli's apartment was a good starting point for tours with the stroller in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We found the village location very pleasant. The two are very friendly hosts and had one or two helpful tips ready for us.

I organized a two-day crime dinner for my friends and I and was able to prepare and organize it perfectly in the house for a total of 14 guests! The angled house and the various activities throughout the house give you the opportunity to split into smaller groups and pursue different things and the large dining table allows a nice get-together. The location is quiet and relaxed and storks can currently be seen, which only made the surroundings all the more pleasant.

This is our third time staying with Oliver and, as always, super satisfied with both the uncomplicated handling and the house itself, in which we felt at home!

Barbara's place was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place in nature, perfect for switching off. In addition, a really nice house that was designed with a lot of heart. You can feel it immediately :) Barbara herself is a very warm and helpful host. Communication was absolutely smooth, open and friendly. I can only agree with the positive comments of the others and would come back anytime! ✨🤝🏼

Sinisa was very accommodating and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. His house is beautiful and perfect for families or couples. Very clean, well presented and open plan which is exactly what we were looking for. Great host and great property.

This is a lovely area to visit. Plenty of villages in the area and good train line 6km from the house. Lovely friendly welcome from Margarit who owns the apartment There was plenty of literature available, which was very well presented, for places to visit, which was a nice touch. Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very good contact. We spent a family weekend there, even for the granddaughter there was a bed (with sleeping accommodation for the mother in the room). There was nothing missing.

Very nice place, super equipped. Unfortunately, the heaters were off (early April) and were only turned on when requested. The parking situation in front of the accommodation is not so optimal, you have to park further away & then drag your luggage up. Great for larger groups.

I am impreesed by the wonderfull localisation of the Long's Villa. The conditions were great and we spent there 5 wonderfull days. Long is very kind and supporting host. I would reecomend his house to stay to all, that would like to visit this region.
