In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

On the huge terrace with beautiful views, barbecue and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can let it go and forget the world. We have placed special emphasis on high-quality & comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former vacation resort and offers a lot of privacy.

Welcome, I'm Eva, your hostess. The spacious two-room apartment is located in my single-family home, which I live in with my dogs. It has a separate entrance. The saltwater pool is heated. This, the fenced garden, barbecue and terrace are at your disposal. The apartment has a living/bedroom with double bed, two single beds and a large kitchen-living room. The shower and toilet are separated. A large private sauna is at your disposal.

Being together

We are a residential project and live with horses, chickens, cats and dogs in the countryside. We rent one of our houses, an older but newly renovated outbuilding. It is located on the outskirts of the village in the middle of the countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and is suitable for up to 3 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower.
