The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

Centrally located place. You are in Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen in no time. The U-Bahn [subway] is 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms. You can watch TV in the living room (projector) and bedroom (TV). Wi-Fi is available 🙂 Since I live in the apartment myself, private items are available in the rooms (cabinets, drawers, walls, etc.). I'll provide a few drawers/compartments + half of the fridge - I hope you understand 🤞🏽☺️

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

You don't need much in life, the main thing is that it's beautiful all around. That's exactly what you'll find here. A room with a kitchenette, a small bathroom, a large terrace and views over orchards to the forest... Franconian Switzerland and our Kleinziegenfelder Valley is a wonderful area for long hikes. But you don't have to go far: right in front of the house it blooms and thrives and all kinds of fruits and berries invite you to snack.
