Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Auf der Terrasse kann im Sommer gegrillt, entspannt, Sonne oder Wald genossen werden. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Loft in a historic carriage workshop from 1910, completely renovated in 2025. The loft serves as a changing art gallery and exhibition space for collaborative works by Karl Zwieback and other participating artists. Artists can apply for joint projects, overnight stays are provided. The goal is to realize the most community work worldwide. The tiny house overlooking the horse paddock is on our historic farm at the gates of Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separate toilet (ingenious, no unpleasant odors). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cozy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor dishwasher/shampoo allowed. Fireplace and fireplace by arrangement.

The town of Pinzberg is about 5 km southeast of Forchheim. My property is located on the northern outskirts on the main road. Families with children are welcome, but safety devices for infants (under 3 years) are not available. Shared use of the garden and barbecue are possible. Minimum booking 2 nights.
