Lovely stay at Ems place. Ideal location to get to different areas of Cornwall and a 5 min walk from the shops. Really lovely views, a real treat to be able to look at the sea and at Michael’s mount when having breakfast. Very clean and great amenities. Em herself was very responsive, very friendly and super helpful. Great for the dogs too. Thanks!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anaëlle et Joseph. L’arrivée se fait de façon simple et autonome, les instructions sont très claires. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi et de l’écran géant qui nous ont permis de passer d’excellents moments. Joseph s’est rendu disponible pour résoudre quelques désagréments, même à distance. Ceci a été très apprécié.

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

What a treat! It is absolutely beautiful here! It feels like you’re stepping into a movie. We loved walking around and looking at the grounds and I wish we had more time to go on all of the trails and paths that were mapped out for us. We felt right at home immediately and I can’t state enough how beautiful this space is. The beds are very comfortable and the only sounds you hear are birds chirping.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Very relaxing stay, cottage is surrounded by lovely greenery, stream running past and peaceful position.

Such an amazing flat, beautifully decorated. Jasper left such clear instructions for everything. Loved the area of St Leonards. Would recommend to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. The location is terrific— an easy short walk to all the tourist sights, but the apartment is very quiet at the same time, since it is in a courtyard on a small street. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants located near by. The apartment is in an older building with 15 foot ceilings, fireplaces in each room and other historic details, so it has some charm. Visitors should know that there is only one bathroom, which is accessed only by entering into the primary bedroom— that arrangement was fine with us but may not work for all groups. Second, the owner only provides provisions for the first morning, so visitors staying longer should be ready to buy coffee, tea, hand soap, shampoo, any paper goods, laundry pods if you plan to do more than one load, etc. There are many stores nearby so that is easy to do. We loved Rouen and this apartment was a great home base.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, bright and comfortable. Quiet at night. Nice views from the living area over the harbor and looking over the town from the large bedroom. As Suzanne had noted in the listing, there is no assigned parking space which could be an issue. We had to pay to park the day of arrival. It’s free after 6pm until 8am. One item we’d suggest adding would be a clothes hanger for drying as the machine didn’t seem to actually dry anything. We’d highly recommend Seagulls restaurant (book in advance). Unassuming place but food was excellent. We also liked Platform for a Sunday roast and Rise for breakfast. The George was decent. If we’re back in West Bay, we’d definitely stay again.

Christina was a friendly and helpful host. The house and gardens are beautiful with wonderful views of the church and surrounding countryside. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious and we appreciated the breakfast of cereals, fresh croissants, butter, jam and orange juice. A peaceful and relaxing stay. Would certainly recommend. Thank you.

Lyon’s la foret was a beautiful place and Patrick and Stephanie’s place is more fantastic than the photos. Morning delights of eggs or from the bakery were a very thoughtful touch too.

Beautiful apartment in quiet, pretty neighbourhood near the royal crescent, easily within walking distance of Bath Centre. Clear instructions made it easy to access the apartment. Well-decorated, very comfy beds and all necessary amenities. Old-fashioned building so some noise from creaking floorboards but was not an issue. Marco and Mandy were excellent hosts, very engaging and responsive with recommendations

The apartment was perfect, exactly as described and pristine, amazing book of local amenities and suggestions which we took full advantage of, the location was incredible, so peaceful and quiet and perfect views of the ocean, really an amazing spot, so glad we found it

This was the perfect location for experiencing all the best parts of Brighton. Very walkable from the station, close to the beach and the Pier and with tons of restaurants and shops within an easy walk.

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

Wow wow wow!!! This property definitely has the wow factor. The views, setting and location are fabulous. You could never tire of looking across the grounds, pool and the creek. The property had everything we needed and perfect for a family with children. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing worth mentioning.

Nous avons passé un super week-end chez Ludo. La maison est superbe, les équipements top et Ludo est très accueillant et réactif. On le remercie vraiment pour le bon moment passé chez lui !

I write on a personal note as well (to show how amazing the hosts were). The night after we arrived my parents’ dog, Mollie went missing. Kaye and Lindsey pulled out all the stops to help search for her. Sadly the day before we left, the dog was found but it wasn’t a good outcome. But they’d joined in the search intensely all week, organising local people to come help, a farmer to help with cutting back vegetation, searching at various hours of the day in an effort to find Mollie. They really were brilliant.
