Lorraine and Baz were lovely and gave us all the relevant information. They we’re flexible with check out times and all questions were answered quickly. The local pubs were lovely and we met regulars who gave us further information about walks which we went on that were lovely, definitely check out Avebury if you stay. The hot tub was a lovely touch! Thank you very much for everything xx

Lovely 4 night stay over Easter. The house is exactly as the photos show, beautifully decorated and clean. Hot tub was fab and a great place to watch the sunset from. Use of the property’s fields immediately behind and In front of the cottage, was an added bonus and a lovely area for the dog to roam safely and the children had a fabulous time rolling down the grassy slope. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from the world, with the darkest most starry skies, I have ever seen! Fab time. Thanks

Absolutely loved our peaceful stay. Tracey and Mark were very attentive and friendly, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One of our highlights was the Italian themed delicious dinner cooked for us! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a mini spa break to switch off.

We had a fab stay, thank you! Hot tub first thing in the morning next to a field of donkeys and ponies catching the morning light - what more could you want?? We had a lovely, relaxing stay here. Family of 4. Kids aged 7 & 9. The outdoor sandpit & play equipment would be more suited to younger kiddies but our two still enjoyed them & they were just happy with the jacuzzi really. The owners were very welcoming and informative. Gave some good recommendations… Esme’s tea rooms in Brockenhurst was one of them. Yum! Best scotch eggs and cake selection ever! Would have given 5 stars, but the decor could do with a little refresh & kitchen equipment was a bit of a mish mash. Bring your own salt and pepper, sugar and tea, too. Hand soap and washing up liquid was provided.

Had a fabulous stay at Olivia’s Orchard cottage. Lots to do with farm animals around, Games room, outdoor games and lots of walks to relax and unwind at the property. Property was in proximity to Plymouth and Looe and found it very convenient to explore by car from here.

A great place to stay for an escape from the city. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and the wood fired hot tub is a great bonus. Very clean bathrooms, a good, functional kitchen and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in made for a fantastic stay. Rhys was very responsive and helpful, a real gem in the countryside.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was stunning, with breathtaking country views all around. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully set up. Our host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making everything smooth and stress-free. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

We spent a wonderful 5 days at Hesmonds. Stephanie’s instructions/directions sent prior to the check in date were clear and helpful. There was a lovely welcome pack of the essentials such as milk, bread etc waiting for us upon arrival. The cottage was comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. It is in a beautiful location and has its own private entrance as well as space to park the car. It is within walking distance of the local pub, coffee shop and village store and a short drive to lots of lovely villages as well as the south coast. We will definitely come back to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house actually looked even better in person than in the photos. It had so much to offer—cozy fireplace, BBQ, and a lovely outdoor bench area that made it perfect for relaxing. While there is a train railway nearby, it didn't bother us at all and didn’t take away from the peaceful vibe. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a nice relaxing break. It was a lovely cottage with beautiful surroundings. Sally was available for us when we needed anything. The directions she gave made it very easy to find. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Firstly thank you Paul & Sarah for your directions. If you put the cottage post code in to your sat nav it will have you carrying out a U turn on the A31 so please note the directions given. The cottage is in a lovely location and was cosy, well furnished, well equipped and clean. The garden was lovely and great for our dogs but small dogs can squeeze through gaps in the fence (Paul is aware and is planning to block off any escape routes). There were fresh tulips and shortbread to greet us, which was a lovely touch, as well as lovely toiletries. Paul & Sarah were responsive to any queries or needs we had. There are lovely walks through the forest right on your doorstep. There is an outdoor hose for washing muddy footwear and paws. There are outside lights but the torch inside the cottage came in handy. We would happily recommend the cottage for a relaxing break.

This is my second stay and Bree was a great host.

This was my second time staying at Norton Court Farm and it was just as wonderful as the first. The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean and appointed with many thoughtful amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to cook meals and the host was very welcoming and offered some lovely local recommendations. Thank you so much for hosting us! :)

We had such a great time at Caroline’s cottage, the location is stunning and the cottage felt immediately like home. Caroline has thought of everything and it’s the little touches which really made our stay, fresh local milk in the fridge, lovely soaps, shower gels etc. Extra rugs and a spare lead for our dog, and even a bat detector which our son really enjoyed. Overall a fab experience, we’ll definitely be coming back

Debra and her daughter are lovely and friendly. The cottage is idyllic and so peaceful. The walk to and from the car is lovely in the morning looking over the fields in the distance. The linen and towels were all lovely and fresh and the hot tub was kept immaculate throughout our stay . It was chilly in the evenings and the fire was cosy. We will definitely return . Perfect rental for calm and birds chirping. Proximity to Avranches and the coastline.

Really lovely place with stunning scenery. Very well appointed with all amenities. Loved seeing Deer outside our bedroom window. Great to have dogs so well catered for. Highly recommend - we really enjoyed our stay.

It is a comfortable and clean home and very spacious. I felt welcomed and loved. Paula surprised us with some snacks and breakfast food. I really recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in Brittany at Denzil's place. We really enjoyed the special touch on arrival for us as well as for our dog. The beach is ready, the small garden is very nice and the adorable neighbor with whom we spent some time to take out our respective animals Everything you need is there, we particularly loved the skylights in the room that allowed us to enjoy the full moon. I can only recommend this great place, we'll be happy to go back!

We stayed for three nights and had a brilliant time. Catherine's communication was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the beautiful, characterful cottage. Our one-year-old made lots of use of the garden, which was secure and had a great tree house and toy selection. The cake we were met with went down a treat, too! We had a fantastic time and this was the perfect base for us to explore the New Forest and nearby coastline. Would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic stay - do not hesitate to book! Tanya was incredibly communicative and welcoming - she even baked treats for our arrival. The cottage was private, cosy, and had everything you could possibly need (including Sky and a great toy box) and we instantly felt at home. The swimming pool facilities were super and timings really flexible, which made things so easy. Feeding and learning about the rare breed sheep with David was a real highlight too! Our five-year-old was in heaven between the trampoline, swings, swimming, visiting the sheep and even getting to walk Bibi the dog - there were a lot tears on departure. The area is full of great things to do, Tanya had some super suggestions in her welcome book and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
