Glyn and Harriet are extremely welcoming and very helpful - both before the stay and during. Aella is very comfortable, everything was very clean and there was lots of helpful information about nearby food places as well as things to do. Very peaceful, the walk to the beach is exactly as advertised! Thank you for an amazing stay, can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

The garDEN studio is a little gem, it's easily the best place we have stayed in for a long time. The studio is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. It's a comfortable, well designed with high quality fixtures and fittings. The decking is peaceful and private with a great view and you are welcome to wander in Theresa and Simon's beautiful garden. Theresa and Simon make you feel very welcome and they are very easy to communicate with. There are lots of little touches and extras in the garDEN studio that make your stay very comfortable. Private parking in Dartmouth is rare and the walk into town easy. We were sad to leave this studio but I feel sure we will return in the future.

We had a lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is very near to lots of nice places to visit: Scotney Castle, Batemans, Bewl Water and Bedgbury Pinetum.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilary and Graham’s annex with our baby, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us so warmly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The annex was spotless, peaceful, and completely private—ideal for us as new parents. Hilary and Graham were incredibly kind and helpful throughout, always checking in to make sure we were okay, without ever being intrusive. Their thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made a big difference. A lovely place hosted by truly lovely people—we’d love to come back!

Very good stay for just one night but hosts helpful. Good to be able to sit out for breakfast at the front of the house in the sun. The nearby beach cafe is very good for breakfast. you can hear the children's get above but did not bother us.

Ideally located on the GR 21, this accommodation is lovely. Spacious, functional, practical, clean, nothing is missing, everything is well thought out! The plus: the terrace and garden with its furniture. Annie is very welcoming, responsive and available. I only stayed there one night but spending a few days there must be very nice!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Ian and Rachel are the most gracious hosts. We felt like old friends right from the start. They called nearby pubs for us so we didn’t unnecessarily drive somewhere they were no longer serving food for the evening. The space is so big and quiet. We absolutely loved the area. It perfectly fit our taste for the quiet, rural areas (but still easily accessible to nearby areas with plenty of dining options and shops). The breakfast was wonderful and plenty to go around! We had an amazing stay and wish we could give extra stars! Practically perfect in every way!

Lovely little place with great surroundings everywhere. Great hosts and really friendly. Our 2 x dogs were made to feel as welcome as us. If we were back in that area again then we would stay again. Highly recommended.

The space was just as we expected, everything you need was there, and very cleverly arranged too. Access to the outside space was lovely and a real bonus once our toddler had gone to bed. A great location for the beach and handy to have a parking space. Just what we needed and we wish we’d stayed a bit longer!

We echo all the reviews that have given Nel’s place 5 stars! We were on a tight schedule of visits around the country, but both agreed we’d would’ve happily stayed longer and just enjoyed the cosy accommodation and peaceful surroundings. We’re thinking of downsizing our family home and the design/layout of this delightful apartment gave us ideas for maximising a smaller space. Everything was spotless, the living room sofa and armchair were perfect for us, bed was super comfy, kitchen has everything needed and the whole place was light and airy. This was a perfect place for me to stay when visiting my daughter. It is extremely comfortable and well equipped and on site parking is a bonus. I would happily stay again.

Really nice place to stay and recharge batteries. great interior, comfy mattresses and cosy bedding. Woods just outside the window and good size pool. Host always responded within minutes. For music fans -great sound system and large TV. Close to dog friendly beach, shops and city centre. We highly recommend this place!

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Very conveniently situated next to St Ives (10 mins), and many beautiful hikes.

Great accommodation Hosts provided very simple and straightforward directions and communication was friendly and caring whilst respecting privacy .

This was definitely one of the better airbnbs that we have stayed in. Very comfortable annexe completely separate to main bungalow with its own garden. Totally quiet location and only a short walk to the beautiful coastline. Recommended.

We stayed 2 nights, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The welcome brownies were yummy and the milk in the fridge was a life saver as we forgot to bring any! Looking to stay next year as we go to Dogstival and it was an easy drive to Burley. Lymington is a lovely dog friendly town with great cafes and pubs. Milford on Sea is good for a long walk along the beach with a view of the Isle of Wight and the Needles

Lovely place to stay, well presented and very comfortable with everything I needed. Nice little area outside the door to sit and watch the birds and drink tea. The surrounding countryside is beautiful too. Friendly and welcoming people.

What a beautiful home! We had a lovely long weekend break. Suzi was extremely welcoming and helpful. The offer to check in early was extremely appreciated. The bottle of wine and dog treats left for us was so nice to have waiting for us after a long journey. The property and location were beautiful. A really high quality feel with everything you could need. Having full access to the grounds of the property was a fantastic addition. I would recommend a stay in this lovely property with lovely hosts to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you for a lovely little break away!

The annex was perfect for our few days in Jersey, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, good sized lounge area with large tv, plenty of dvds and books, fantastic bathroom with large walk-in shower and super comfy bed in a bright and airy bedroom. Jane was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Would thoroughly recommend, we’ll definitely be returning to this gem of an Airbnb.

Lovely place, very comfortable and with a brilliant breakfast hamper all ready to go for the morning! The home-made cake was delicious… Fabulous views over Mounts Bay and St Michael’s Mount itself (though, sadly, the weather wasn’t great!).
