The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Entire loft-style place near Honfleur

Located in a green setting, our loft-style accommodation offers you the ideal location for discovering Honfleur (9 km) and the Côte Fleurie. To accommodate you, we have furnished the upper floor of our house with private access. *Please note that unfortunately, as the staircase is not secure, we are unable to accommodate children or infants. An outdoor area in our garden is at your disposal with barbecue, table, chairs and umbrella. The accommodation is equipped with a mobile air conditioner.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

We offer a quirky room close to beaches and amenities in the beautiful Parish of St Brelade. Perfect for 2 adults looking to explore Jersey . We can accommodate up to one child (sofa bed in sitting area). The accommodation is completely private to the main house. The room has a mezzanine level with a double bed. On the bottom level is a small sitting area and a bathroom with Power-shower. We are on the most regular bus route so it is very easy to get around. Parking is available.

Garden View Annexe near West Bay, Bridport.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

Beautiful spacious lower gd floor one bedroom apartment with your own private walled garden, just 10 mins walk up from Brighton station. The flat sleeps 2 with the bonus of splitting the king sized bed into 2 singles if you're travelling with a friend. Located in the friendly Seven dials area of Brighton with it's cafe's and independent shops. Check in is 2.30 pm but flexibility to drop off bags earlier. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm.

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.
