House vacation rentals in English Channel

Gathered as a family of 8. Given the gloomy and sometimes rainy weather, the indoor pool was used a lot. Close to the landing beaches and Pegasus Bridge. Tastefully furnished and decorated house. Suitable for 8 people. Very nice rental.

Very nice welcome from Sonia in a place where it's nice to live. Everything is available for a perfect stay, beautiful decoration, top amenities 👌🏻 (swimming pool, bikes, etc.) I recommend it for a stay in Mont-Saint-Michel Bay.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

We had an amazing stay with our young baby at Samuelle's place. The converted farmhouse building has a lot of character but was also modern and comfortable. The lake and ducks outside the door was very relaxing. The location is very quiet and peaceful. A car is essential for getting to local amenities but a large supermarket and a bakery are only a 5 minute drive away. The D Day landing beaches, museums and historic town of Bayeux can be reached within an easy 20 minute drive. Samuelle was a great host, she was very friendly and always able to help with any questions.

Such a beautiful stay at Evelyne’s place. Gite is exactly like the photos and the garden and pool area is stunning.

Claire and her family’s home is a jewel on the Cliff of St. Margaret’s Bay. Modern, open floor plan, pristinely clean, with the most comfortable beds, this listing is a true gem in one of the most beautiful locations in all of England. Enjoy the hot tub, eat peacefully in the kitchen while looking out on the English Channel or simply sit outside on the terrace to enjoy the healthy sea air. I highly recommend this listing but I ask those looking to book to please respect their home so I can come back to the exact same experience. Claire is very responsive and such a joy to communicate with!

Our group of 7 50 something men really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Normandy. Charlotte met us on arrival and showed us around the extensive house and facilities. The house was great with a well equipped kitchen, great covered and heated pool, tennis court and more. We didn't manage to make use of the bikes or canoes that were also at our disposal. Bedrooms were clean with good beds. My only criticisms would be that there was only seating for 5 in the living room, toilets did not have basins, and the directions were not great - a what.3.words location would have been really helpful. Overall, it was a great place to stay and one of our group plans to return with their family later in the year.

Beth's place is fantastic. The beautiful views through the big picture window were just amazing. The house is lovely with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I would highly recommend Beth's place to anyone visiting the island. It's a great base to get around and a lovely place to come back to.

We had a great time at Anaëlle and Joseph's place. Check-in is simple and self-contained, the instructions are very clear. The place is even better than the pictures. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and giant screen that allowed us to have a great time. Joseph made himself available to resolve some inconveniences, even from afar. This was greatly appreciated.

This place is the most peaceful setting, waking up to a view of the hills, the foliage, the sheep & the cry of the pheasants. It was great! Excellent proximity to trails. Close to town. The space was perfectly appointed, and had all the things we needed to stay comfortably with our 6 month old. I would certainly recommend if you’re needing a recharge in the countryside. And Tanya was quick to respond as needed.

The property was in a lovley secluded spot where you could stay all day and not see anybody . Very central location for places to go …. Very dog friendly . Yummy cake on arrival and very welcome prosecco 🤩

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Before the trip she sent us some information for things in the area, places to eat etc, was very helpful. Lovely little hide away, nice and private. Just as the pictures showed, Beautiful. Great house, with so much to do. Space for all the family, all the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the games room- pool table, arcade machine and darts were great fun. Kids loved the garden space. Hot tub was an added bonus. The welcome basket was so lovely, and there were plenty of amenities in the house, which not many Airbnb offer. Diswasher tablets, washing machine tablets, washing up soap, Nescafe pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, cornflour. There was also picnic bag, a few tuppawares for going out and about. Location was great, lots of shops locally down the road, and plenty of supermarkets near by. Lots of beaches near by, the one we chose was 7 miles away, and easy to get too. New forest was also local. There was a visitor book at the house with lots of information and locations for location attractions which was very useful.

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

Marion and Damien are very pleasant and friendly hosts. It was Damien who welcomed us, a warm welcome. The accommodation is great, identical to the photos, you can find the history of the work that has been done, again congratulations, it's beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean. The setting is quiet and soothing, the Seine and the countryside nearby are super nice and very beautiful. Damien responds very quickly and is attentive to the smallest detail. Loved our stay here. Very close to the beach and the city center but on a very quiet street, it was perfect for us. It also is located right near a great hiking trail , which we appreciated. Would love to come here again sometime.

We had a wonderful, peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Sabrina's fully renovated sheepfold, with a splendid view of the Normandy countryside. The location matches the photos perfectly. Although the guest house is nearby, everything is designed to ensure our privacy and autonomy, without overlooking, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. The outdoor jacuzzi, spacious and already hot when we arrived, was the cherry on top. The accommodation is impeccably clean, very well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. Thanks to Sabrina for her warm welcome, we'll have a great memory of this getaway… and will be happy to come back!

A beautiful apartment with genuinely stunning views from the balcony and living room. The amenities are excellent, and the hosts fab!

Unique and amazing location. The window seat provides a 180 degree view of sea and sky across to the Isle of Wight. All very beautiful and dramatic. Clean and well looked after. Enjoyable stay for all the family.

We had a great time. Sandra is very responsive and has good tips. The space is tastefully decorated. The jacuzzi is a big plus, with the small courtyard it's really great. Breakfasts, nothing to say, it was perfect too. I would highly recommend it. We'll be back! :)
