perfect perfect perfect location! We had the loveliest time and would recommend the motorhome/any of the site to everyone. Beautiful wildlife and great conversion in the van… secluded from other guests too. We will be back soon!

Carol and Richard are absolutely superb hosts! Being extremely grateful for their recommendations along a lot of useful tips. They are both extremely welcoming. It was pure joy for our boys to ride one of their wonderful donkeys, Jerry. There is great play room for the whole family. A lot of great locations to visit nearby. 5 Stars and 110% Satisfactory. Beyond our highest expectations. Also there is a plenty of privacy and beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Also there is a Cider farm conveniently next door. We will be definitely returning! PS: All our boys are asking for another stay with Carol and Richard already, only a day after return home:)

We had a lovely week in very peaceful area surrounded by nature. The place was easy to find and very clean. Also gives you anything you need from fridge to dishwasher. The fire pit and the gas BBQ came handy too and you can sit outside even in a rain. The hot tub is nice bonus and the kids loved it. There are few lovely beaches nearby and a few local walks around the area so lots to do. Shops are nearby too. Communication with Matt was really good with quick response. Would definitely recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic stay inside Betty. It was extremely accurately described. We felt at home straight away by the facilities onboard. The view in the morning was fantastic, being woken up by cockerel was a lovely reminder of being in the countryside. The perfect break to wind down and relax. We were lucky with the weather mostly which made it even more magical. The lights around the outside at night was a lovely touch. The bathroom was delightful, with the underfloor heating working at all times. I’m sure we will back to see Betty. Would recommend to everyone.

We spent a lovely few days on the Jurassic Bus. It is a magical setting, the bus is so much fun to stay on - we’ll definitely be coming back. Judith and her family were so warm and welcoming. Thank you so much for having us!

Charlotte's shepherd's hut is beautiful! So peaceful and relaxing. Little spot of paradise! We stayed for the bank holiday weekend and didn't want to leave. Charlotte has thought of everything, I would highly recommend to stay here. We will be coming back in the winter to try the log burner. The horses and donkey are very friendly and we loved having them say hello every morning! Thank you so much Charlotte

lovelly stay in the airstream, firepit and bbq combo was a great way to spend the evening chilling out. Host steve was very friendly and helpful, greeting us on arrival, as was his dog Luna!

Brilliant break at Pippins for a long sunny weekend. A really friendly place to stay in the stunning Somerset countryside. The shepherds hut was really well equipped and the location is ideal for walks, local amenities and exploring the area - definitely worth a ride on the steam train to Dunster, and we enjoyed our trip to the beach at Porlock Weir. Jill and Simon were really welcoming and gave us lots of useful info to make the most of our stay. Thoroughly recommended!

Beautiful spot, lots of local recommendations. Handy honesty shop for any bits you forget. Kitchen has most things so no need to bring any utensils. Took my kids and dog who loved the space.

Great location and everything is well thought out in the layout of the trailer. We also had the opportunity to visit the barrels which are also available for rent and it's really great. Very happy with our stay and we'll be back. Very welcoming and friendly host. Really great. No regrets

I hadn't been looking for a break but a chance Google search of the area, which I know well, found me Louise's place and I was hooked! There is so much to do - you can walk to the beach - it's a stony, fossil kind of beach but I always went in the car, parking at nearby East Quantock head (little car park by the church). Steart Marshes is close by too and lots of lovely villages. The caravan has been lovingly refurbished and nestles in a little wood overlooking a valley. You can cook outside but there is also a hob with two plates and a microwave inside, if all else (or the weather!) fails. The hot tub is a joy - I made an evening out of getting it warm so I'd definitely recommend lighting gel to hurry the fire along! Louise is a lovely human and has a heart of gold. She made me feel very welcome and as a solo traveller I felt very safe.

Absolutely amazing stay at Laura’s place! Lovely location and the place was well equipped with everything we needed! Hot tub was easy to work and got very hot which was lovely! And we appreciated the extra snacks provided in our welcome basket! The peppermint tea was 10/10. Laura was very helpful from my first message. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely look at coming back!

Completely agree with all the other reviews. We were attending a friend’s engagement party nearby so didn’t get to hang out much which was a shame. It is a lovely little spot and the gardens are absolutely gorgeous.

Melanie and Cyril are welcoming and very nice. Melanie immediately told us where to do the most beautiful hikes and the desired restaurants. the layout of the different accommodations (only 3) is perfectly designed to give us total privacy. the spa was a real plus, and we were able to abuse it.

We had a great time at Emmanuel's, I highly recommend it. We find ourselves immersed in a beautiful garden, in a timeless bubble. Emmauel is passionate about nature, and the different varieties of plants, flowers, fruit trees, etc. And it is with great pleasure that he shows us his peaceful haven, lets us taste different fruits, gives us explanations on the construction and transformation of his land. Exciting! And what a job! The caravan is impeccable, nothing to say about the bedding, very comfortable. We slept very well, and were awakened to the sound of birdsong. It's really a very nice place, where you reconnect with nature🌻🐝 Thanks again to Emmanuel for this discovery, and for his kindness. If we go back to the area, we'll definitely go back! 🌿

In the description, everything that Michel offers is missing, with the petanque court, the swings, the games, the books made available, it's really perfect! Peaceful, wooded, this place leads to relaxation! My kids didn't want to come back! The caravan experience is a pleasure! Spacious, typical, a nice discovery to highlight! With a warm and friendly welcome. We all enjoyed this place. Thanks both of you!

peaceful place to stay with so much space to run around, fly kites and play Frisbee. The compost toilet was a challenge to some, but we soon got the hang of it!! the swallow nest with two babies who fledged while we were there was the highlight, and the open air shower and bath was also a winner. thankyou for sharing the quirky caravans with us.

A little piece of heaven, even in the rain 🙂 Peace, calm, nature and its inhabitants, the sound of water, a small, very charming caravan! A campfire to add a little more atmosphere. Everything is there for a return to the roots. Thank you for the hospitality and availability 🙂
