Step from the lively harbor side of a working fishing village into the haven of this stunning 18th-century converted net loft. With gorgeous designer touches highlighting the period charm, this home blends the 18th- and 21st-centuries seamlessly pairing a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with traditional oriental rugs and Asian accents. On the doorstep are an abundance of cafes, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a short level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The two bedrooms in UPPER DECK, one containing a superking bed and the other king size, are topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious nights sleep. The superking bed can be converted into twin beds, ideal for children, upon request. The king size bed has a warehouse door with Juliet balcony. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and an Amazon Echo device. Generously proportioned wet room contains rain and handheld showers, and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. A single free parking place on the harbour is available upon request. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes, prams. Board-games, DVDs and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Mevagissey is a traditional fishing village with cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, and pubs. Charter a boat, cast a line off Lighthouse Quay, and eat local fish at one of the restaurants. The museum and aquarium are located nearby. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub.

There are two balconies for a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. Guests will have the entire flat I am available for guest queries and usually send a text the day after checkin just to say Hi and ensure guests have settled in. Davey or Richard will always meet you at the property for check in and run through and questions that you have. Greenwich has a great village feel with cool restaurants, cafes, and Greenwich Market, as well as Greenwich Observatory. The flat is approximately five miles from Central London (just a short train, ferry, or DLR ride away). Located on the first floor, the apartment is in a block of six brand new dwellings in the heart of Looe. On a high elevation with spectacular views across the Looe Valley & River, it benefits from an abundance of natural light making it the ideal place to watch the world go by on the private balcony. Our guests have full access the the Cornish Blue apartment, including all of the shops, cafes and restaurants that Looe has to offer. We are available to speak to guests anytime, night or day. If we cannot answer the phone we’ll always call back as soon as possible. The apartment is self check in and you’ll receive a detailed guide before you arrive as well as a welcome pack in the apartment. You’ll have your own privacy during your stay though we’re on hand if you need any advice or assistance. The apartment is located in the heart of this historic Cornish fishing village, where pubs and restaurants are plentiful. Walk through this magical town and reach the sandy beach protected by the famous banjo pier. Car is the easiest method of getting around Cornwall and there’s an allocated space in Millpool car park included with your stay. Looe train station is a 5 minute walk away with access to Liskeard main line station where there are direct trains in from London and down to Penzance. Looe is on the Cornwall coastal walking path and there are mainly beautiful views and things to see both up and down the coastline. Please ask for any ideas or recommendations, always happy to help! Parking Included with your stay is a reserved parking space for one car in Mill Pool car park, 260 yards away across Looe Bridge. It’s only a short walk back to the apartment, over the bridge. Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Arguably the finest view in Folkestone, a panorama to behold, watch the sun rise and set over the English Channel. Guests of Devine View have access to the entire apartment on an exclusive basis, there is a communal stair way serving the middle apartment and Devine View apartment. When possible we like to greet our guests and give a brief introduction to the apartment, we live within a short walk so are generally available should guests need assistance or advice. Devine View sits on the popular East Cliff over looking Folkestone Harbour Arm. A five-minute walk reaches the harbour area, or beautiful cliff top walks are on the doorstep. A wide selection of eateries and bars lie within easy reach. Wear Bay Road is within a residential area with free unrestricted on street parking. A bus stop is located for daytime services (not including Sunday’s) within yards of the property, allowing guests to travel to town centre via the harbour/seafront. The harbour/seafront is only five minutes downhill walk or via steps. Red Arrows display and much more this coming Sunday 30th June. Watch them from the balcony! There is free unrestricted car parking opposite the apartment. The apartment has WiFi connected.

You've got to take time to keep yourself topped up with good energy, The Well is the place to do just that. We've created a space that's designed to top you up. Wake up in the morning to fresh coffee at the coffee bar. Kick off sandy shoes after a walk along the Viking Coastal Trail. Soak in the tub that's looking out to sea. Spin original vinyl on the record player. Read papers on the balcony. Shake up cocktails from the honesty bar. Meditate with a view of the water in the yoga corner. Open the games chest. Host candlit dinners in the dining space. We reckon you'll leave feeling good. * Private yoga classes available upon request * Private chefs available upon request * Massage, reflexology, reiki, we can sort out any therapies that you fancy The whole space is yours. There's a shared garden out the back, but we prefer taking out a floor cushion and chilling out on the back staircase. It's a suntrap. There's parking on the street out front, or around the back of the property. There's a real creative energy in Margate, with awesome independent bars, restaurants, studios, and shops. The pink sunsets are amazing too. Discover one of the best sandy beaches in England, or walk along the Viking Coastal Trail. You can walk everywhere in Margate. There is free parking on the street outside, but if it's busy there is Trinity Square car park around the back of the property which is £5 for 24 hours. We are pet friendly!

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
