Vacation rentals with a home theater in English Channel

Cozy accommodation located close to the hyper center, with all the necessary shops. City center with a very pleasant setting for walking. Easy to park in front of the accommodation, restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Moulin de Loir elsewhere. A little extra at the accommodation, it's this mini private garden with this little swing. Our host is very nice and remains responsive to exchanges.

This is the most beautiful little apartment. It is so tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a short stay. Don’t be deceived by the slightly tired appearance of the entrance and very steep steps to reach the 2nd floor. Once stepping into the apartment we were completely bowled over by the finish and attention to detail. The view is just incredible. It was magical to watch the river scenery throughout the different times of day from the 3 living room windows overlooking the river. The dark blinds and sliding bedroom door turned the sleeping space into a quiet, dark and private space. Great for a relaxing lie in. Everything was spotlessly clean & beds and sofas most comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and Valerie was a perfect host. Thank you so much.

With my partner, we were hosted very well, and with a gift upon arrival! The apartment, located on the garden level, is new, modern and very well decorated. All the comforts you expect are present: lots of cooking utensils and dishes, tea towels, pots, pans, a dishwasher, salt/pepper/vinaigrette etc... In the bathroom, a nice enclosed shower, sink, toilet, storage and two towels per person are provided as well as a hand towel. Shower gel and shampoo available if you forgot yours! In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed for 2, a TV with TNT channels (no wifi but it's a smart TV so connection sharing possible). In the dining room, a table and a bar to share a meal. The bedroom is also well decorated, with a comfortable 140 bed, bedside tables, small dressing room and dresser. 3 bikes available. An address to keep, Thank you for everything

The apartment is tastefully decorated, with upscale amenities, what's the point of staying in a hotel when this kind of apartment exists? Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time at this house which was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. This is a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

What an amazing find! Utterly private and feels very rural. Even though the lovely village of St Agnes and glorious beaches and towns are only a short distance away! Very cosy and eclectic home with some delicious treats and a bottle of fizz left by Kate and Simon. If you do stay, you HAVE TO use Sunny Spice, whether it’s for takeaway or eat in. Best South Indian food and yummy dosas I’ve had outside of London or Kerala! Thank you for making us so welcome and for the brilliant recommendations of places to go and local eateries.

A very nice accommodation, very good and even generously equipped, well decorated, comfortable and with a beautiful view. The outdoor space is small but efficient, and the place was well located for our needs. The premises are very welcoming down to small details like the blankets made available next to the sofa. It feels like home. The owners are also very kind and helpful, and the neighborhood seems just as friendly. There are only good things to say, don't hesitate to go.

We had a lovely stay which was a nice break from time. Lots of great discoveries to make that delighted both the young and old. We loved it and will be happy to come back.

I recommend this accommodation, the view is extraordinary, its terrace well sheltered from the wind we were able to eat there every noon, the amenities and bedding are perfect! Just to review the coffee maker which is not up to the standard of the house. The concierge is superb as communication and flexibility for check-in and checkout! We'll be back!

Emeric is very welcoming and very responsive to questions. The accommodation was tip top (very effective double glazing on match nights😉😊). Very good location for shopping, dining and tourism. If we pass through Calais again, we will gladly stay again. In addition we had good weather ☀️😎

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!
