Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

Had an incredible weekend at this beautiful house, a group of 21 people for a hen weekend. The house is huge and lots to offer - a pool (it had just been opened for us which we were thankful for, I personally found the water very cold but good to have as an option), hot tub which was lovely, cinema room, games - football table/pool table and board games, karaoke (£extra), IPAD to connect music, BBQ we didn't use but a great idea, also has a bar provides a cocktail shaker. All bedrooms have an en-suite and there was so much space. We had a takeaway from a local indian and chinese which was very nice. The communication from Gill and her son George was beyond what I expected, we had many questions from the time of booking until we visited and their responses were great. George greeted us on arrival to show us round, great service! The only downsides there were a few long hairs on the sofa and the wifi was a bit slow but other than that no faults and I can't rate this place highly enough!

We had an incredible stay at Bar-K for my dad's 60th - we were so blown away with the house and everything that was there! It couldn't have been more perfect - the hot tub, sauna, games room, speaker system, BBQ, outdoor equipment, comfy beds and pillows, the list goes on!! We all agreed that this was the best Airbnb we have stayed at!

We had an amazing stay at the Stylish Maisonette with Hot Tub in Brighton and Hove! The apartment was exactly as described modern, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The layout was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was definitely the highlight clean, warm, and super relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Self check-in was super smooth and convenient, which made arriving stress-free. The host provided clear instructions. The location was fantastic just a short walk from the seafront, local shops, and restaurants. It felt private and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. Overall, our stay was incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish spot in Brighton.

We stayed at Glen’s Farmhouse over new years and we had a really lovely time. The weather was dreadful but thankfully lots of activities in the house! We enjoyed playing the piano and guitars, watching movies in the basement den (recommended: the wicker man) (must watch the welcome video!! Just a bit of fun! 😂😂), playing pool, cozying up by the fireplace, and cooking a lot of food. Glen showed us around and taught us how to use the Aga. I must mention as they were very accommodating and allowed us an early checkin when we requested to start our slow cooking early. Although this probably depends on availability, still it was very kind and much appreciated. And they let us leave a bit late too, definitely helped with the festive fuzz (perhaps a little too much eggnog). We’d love to come back sometime and explore all the walks in better weather. Would recommend!

Fantastic !!! Booked this home as part of my wifes 70th birthday celebrations for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3,6 & 9. Tracy met us on arrival to show us around this wonderful house and pass on everything we needed to know. The house in real life is better than the photos. It is so spacious and as my granddaughter said Tracy has thought of everything there is so much for us to do. Tracy also left us a lovely home made cake. The kitchen was a great communal place with a 10 seater table overlooking the amazing outdoor space via two sets of patio doors. A great way to start the day. All rooms were a good size. Outdoors there is a beautiful large garden with a trampoline for the kids, a gas bbq for the adults a barn with a table tennis table and a host of toys and ride on vehicles for the little ones. Go through the gap at the end of the garden to the very popular tree house Nobody wanted to leave after a fantastic couple of days. This is a great house.

A lovely house exactly as viewed online. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and the cinema room was fab. The location is amazing, close to pubs and restaurants, shops and the beach. Mike is a great host and always replied quickly to queries, providing advice on local amenities and places to visit. I would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again next year.

I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. It's a modern building with a very helpful concierge, walking distance to almost everything and just around the corner of some awesome coffee spots or shopping in the Lanes. Spacious bathroom, all clean. Communication with Vinn is great and fast! Will definitely book again when I'll be back

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Allenay, depuis où il est aisé de se déplacer vers les sites de falaises et de plages à proximité (Ault/Mers/Le Tréport/Cayeux), ou encore vers St Valéry voire le Crotoy. Il est possible de partir à vélo depuis l'habitation pour explorer les alentours. L'endroit est très calme, le logement est très bien aménagé, bien équipé et spacieux. Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et cela était largement approprié.

Garden Cottage is a perfect family home for a trip away with everything you could need to feel at home. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a fantastically equipped kitchen and sociable open plan dining area and a very cosy lounge. The garden was great for the children and we were just a short drive from the amazing Saunton Sands beach. The bedrooms were all super comfy and everyone slept well. Thank you to Kevin for making everything so easy.

Claire’s house was beautiful. We spent a lovely weekend out in the country side with our group of friends and the house accommodated us perfectly. The place is lovely, the garden stunning and the surrounding area very calm and peaceful. Our hosts Claire amd Monty were lovely, super proactive to send us itineraries and recommendations. Once we arrived they were also super helpful to help us navigate the house. Would highly recommend!!! Perfect for larger groups, the house has everything you need.

Fantastic house and brilliant facilities unfortunately as it was just a short stay we didn’t have time to make use of the cinema room or hot tub but we certainly would have if we had been there longer. The massive dinner table was amazing and we as a party of 10 sat comfortably around it dining and playing games. It is located in the heart of Teignmouth and a very short walk from the beach so no car was needed. Parking was just a short walk away and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. Wij verbleven een week in het appartement van Thomas. Hebben genoten van de smaakvolle inrichting. Heel bijzonder in zo'n omgeving als het voormalig Grand Hotel. Binnen 50m sta je met je voeten in het zand en de zee. Houlgate heeft ons hart veroverd met z'n sfeer, echt Frans, de winkeltjes en restaurantjes, was een feest. Omgeving is een bezoek ook meer dan waard. Het appartement is heerlijk om in te verblijven, zelfs op een regenachtige dag. Wij kunnen dit zeker aanbevelen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emmanuelle et Pierre ! Ils ont été plus qu’adorables, nous proposant même de venir nous chercher en voiture à notre arrivée. Ils ont répondus à nos questions et ont été flexibles sur l’arrivée et le départ. L’appartement était impeccable, l’emplacement très paisible. Nous avons profité des alentours pour y faire du vélo pendant 4 jours. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Adrian was very helpful with the checking in instructions, made it very quick and easy for myself. The place was just as described and photographed, very clean and everything you need in there. The location was ideal also, could walk to the town in about 20minutes or about 5 minute drive. Coop just below to do your shopping in & plenty of parking on the roadside just outside the building meant my car was always close by. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb!
