Monthly Rentals in District 4

The apartment is in the Rivergate Residence building, which has quite a few expats and many different Airbnb owners. I was initially nervous because of the mixed reviews on the building, but Ngoc was a fantastic host! Super helpful, very responsive (almost immediate) and always checking in / providing alternatives for cleaning timings. During the first couple of days, I had some issues with the digital lock. When I messaged Ngoc, she immediately informed the downstairs technical team and then also got a hold of a locksmith to support. She even came over herself to make sure everything was in order, which shows me she will go out of her way to ensure you have what you need :) In terms of location, the building is in District 4, so not as noisy as District 1 but still only a 10 min walk across the bridge to get into the heart of the city. There’s also a 7/11, cafe, pharmacy, grocery store and several local street food vendors very close. Easy to get local and Western comforts. Lovely!

Good clean apartments, there is everything you need for accommodation. Quick check in as instructed, no problems at all Location is good. Nearby there is a store and coffee shop. Across the bridge 10-15 minutes center with all possible stores, cafes, restaurants

First of all, Lan, for the month I stayed They listened to all my requests. I love traveling and always use Airbnb, and this was the best. If you're thinking about choosing between this house and another house, Trust Lan and choose this house. You will have a trip without regret. It was my first time seeing such neat kitchen utensils. I always bought personal items for long stays, but This time, I used all the supplies in the house. In particular, they cleaned for free once a week, There were no reservations on the day of check-out, so Lan offered me a late check-out first. Ah! The two-seat sofa has been added in the picture. Please note that you can take a more comfortable rest. It was a perfect month.

the location is really convenient if you want to go to district 1, and the place was exactly like on photos, i really like the place, would like to back :)
