We loved our stay here! It matched the pictures, was very clean, & was easy to find! We were on the second floor, so there was only a short walk up the stairs! The power did go out twice while we were there, once around 9am one day and once around 5am another (it wasn’t just our building, so no fault of the host who was super responsive & solved the issue quickly!). We appreciated that we were provided with house shoes so we didn’t track in the muck from outside as well! Also, the shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure & an adjustable shower head as well! Overall, the stay was fantastic & next time we’re in town, we will stay here again!!

This is the location you want to be if visiting HCMC. It is a close walk to many desirable sites and a great center point to grab a taxi or motorbike taxi. Although we didn’t use it, the rooftop pool is great and has a very nice view. Security is on site 24/7. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely amazing. Mai is super responsive and helpful. The view from the room is to die for, literally the best view of the canal you can ask for. And I loved the room design and setting, it's so relaxing. The apartment is close to everything, and the building itself is very safe and friendly. There is 7 11 downstairs and other departmental stores too. I absolutely loved the place and will live here every time I get the chance. Thank you Mai for such a wonderful hosting.

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

I was glad to find that there were shops next to the apartment and even when we came back home late the area was lit and busy with people which makes you feel safe. The apartment is facing the main road and it is very easy to get grab car whenever you wish to go sight-seeing. Nguyen Thi was very cheerful and helpful in helping us to check in and also helped us by providing a travel adaptor and giving us suggestions. Overall I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend everyone to stay here! :)

Laura's place is in a great spot in the heart of district1. It was close to the markets and the local food. The unit itself was massive, perfect for a group of friends to share. We had a little hick up with some drainage issues in one of the bathrooms but other than that it was a great place to stay. Communication was great with quick response time for anything I needed.

This place was exactly as the photos. A lot of convenience stores nearby and very accessible. I asked for an electric kettle and it was granted. Thank you Kiet! I guess the one thing to improve on is to add spoons and forks. As Filipinos, we use silverwares when eating. Also, a microwave oven would be a plus too. Overall, place is great and can comfortably accomodate 8 people. Thank you Kiet!

I've spent two weeks at Tonee's: I wanted a place that was central, but not too chaotic and noisy as it can happen in D1. The room was minimal, but had all the comforts I needed and a great wifi connection: most important thing for me as a digital nomad. In conclusion: Tonee's place was perfect for my needs and I am very satisfied. Tonee has been always very kind and she even invited me to have dinner with her family which I've greatly appreciated!

The place is conveniently located in the center of district 1, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The building has 24/7 security and other amenities, however the walls in the unit has some stains and could use a paint job, the chairs in the kitchen are somewhat dirty and there are small ants all over the kitchen counter, the place would be perfect if those issues are taken care of.
