location of apartment was very central and close to many tourist spots and markets. had some trouble with checking in but host was very responsive and was able to resolve the issue within the hour. apartment was also relatively clean and neat, albeit a little small, felt cozy and comfortable.

Decent place to stay, place was clean. Host is active in replying and helpful.

Felt like it was our temp home for the 2nd stay, for the end of our trip in Saigon. The place did feel like the same place we checked in at the beginning of our trip. This time around had their staff supported our checkins and registrations with the building securities upon receiving the apt. All good things we experienced in the first leg of our trip remained. Again, highly recommended.

The 3-night review The dishes were dirty, but it didn't matter because I didn't use them anyway. It was a little disappointing that there weren't enough towels and toilet paper. I think it would be nice if you could take care of a little more depending on the number of nights. The accommodation is exactly the same as the photos, and there are a lot of ants on the dining table in the living room. It was nice that the host's feedback was quick. It was close to Grab ride, etc. It was easy to get on and off Grab, and it was generally satisfactory!

I needed a crib during my stay, and I appreciate the host for helping me solve this problem. I liked everything, and my mom even wanted to stay a few more days.If I come back to HCM, I'll choose this one!

We stayed in five different units at The Metropole and this was the BEST one. The decor was high-end with a gorgeous view of the city skyline and bridge. Very friendly host. Highly recommend

So glad I found this place. The apartment was clean and modern. The interior design is beautiful. David was very responsive and helpful. The city center was around 10mn drive from the apartment. Totally recommend this place if you ever visit Ho Chi Minh City.

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment. This place lived up to all expectations and the hosts were very helpful even addressing an emergency late at night. Its near to the walking street where all the nightlife is and near to great Pho such as Pho Monk and many others. The security are most helpful.

Had a great stay! Place is super accessible and located very conveniently in District 1, with many amenities at a walking distance. Host was very accommodating, and very very sweet. Place was exactly as listed, with lovely decor and Netflix readily available in the living room. Pool doesn't seem to be super well maintained– not unclean, just doesn't seem used much, so at your own risk.

Perfect stay at this location. Location was close to Ben Thanh Market so it was easy to walk to get food and easy to call Grabs for transportation. The view was definitely worth it and would stay here again. Clean and spacious apartment for two people.

We ran into a room key problem at the beginning, but the host fixed it pretty fast. Still, it didn’t leave the best impression.

Minh is an excellent host and very responsive. We stayed at his place during Lunar New Year. It was walkable to district 1 where there are lots of restaurants and activities. There were also a few convenience stores on the ground floor which made getting anything we needed easy. Highly recommend staying here!
