Great small apartment, has everything you need and 2 workspaces. The only downside is the air conditioning in the bedroom only. Cooking utensils are enough for cooking The room was clean and cleaned quite well and on time. It's cool that there is a hot tub on the roof. I also liked the house itself, everywhere is very green and beautiful)) there is a store nearby with everything you need, a vegetable shop, on the ground floor there is a delicious cafe where you can have breakfast) The hostess was always in touch and solved all problems if they arose very quickly, thank you❤️

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean room, very responsive host

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is stunning—modern, new, and beautifully furnished. The rooftop pool is absolutely breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. The value for what we paid was exceptional, and the individually controlled AC in each room was a great touch. The building felt very safe with strong security throughout. A couple things to note: this is a luxury residential building, and it’s unclear if Airbnb stays are officially allowed. It didn’t affect our experience, but something to consider if that matters to you. Also, there was a faint high-pitched beeping in the primary bedroom—earplugs helped. Despite those two small things, I would 100% stay here again. The home, amenities, and overall experience were top-tier.

We had a wonderful time at Annie’s place. Very easy to get Grab to travel anywhere in the city. Great local food options nearby. A convenience store downstairs was a big help. Apartment itself was exactly what we needed. Comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was decently equipped. There was some issue Annie had to face with the apartment we had booked but she managed it well by giving us a similar place in same building for a day till our original apt was ready. Highly recommend.

We are a group of 15 person, all very happy staying at hung's place. The house was very nice, we also can cook for our dinner. The host was also very nice person, they respond very fast. Sure will stay and next time

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

Nice place for a big group of friends and family

Great place for big group with 5 bedrooms. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, had everything we needed. Big kitchen, good facilities, beautiful rooms and views

Our villa was great, it had everything we needed and the private pool was brilliant for our children. We had plenty of space and the rooms stayed nice and cool. The free breakfast also had a really good variety of Vietnamese and western cuisine. Our room was cleaned daily & our laundry was also done which is such a lovely touch. All of the staff and Bao are very friendly & helpful- I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Hoi an.

My stay was very positive. The complex is fantastic, great for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful villa with a private pool immersed in silence and relaxation. Staying at Thuy’s home was a relaxing and restorative experience. We felt immediately at ease amongst the rice fields slowly being harvested throughout our stay. We were consistently wowed by the contemporary interiors and ample social space (many hours spent in the pool away from the heat of the day). The bedrooms were generous and gave our small group time space away while the big central atrium was a brilliant way to call out to each other for a morning coffee. An Mỹ is only a short ride away from the centre of Hội An and offers a slower pace than the busy historic centre. There are great coffee places within a 2 minute bike ride (we loved Coffee Xóm Chiêu). Cycling along the rice paddies during the sunset was like being in a film; kites flying, water buffalo strolling the fields, and farmers bundling dried rice. We can’t wait to be back!

Thank You! Your villa is great/everything was excellent! 1. Location. The villa is a part of a closed resort (outside people can get to the beach buying separate tickets). There are not a lot of authentic restaurants in walking distance (there are 2 places, but You will probably want something outside), there are taxis ready. There are some shops and fruit markets in walking distance on the main street next to the complex. The villa is right next to the beach 1min. (beach is clean and well taken care of). We were super happy with it because the beach was excellent and territory was secure and well maintained. 2. The villa. Excellent villa - everything modern and new. (We did not know that cleaning each 2nd day is included in the price and were positively surprised. You have Your private pool + there is large complex pool and free gym 3. Host. Easy to communicate and all was smooth If I ever return, I will try to get the same villa. Thank You host!

My family and I, including our dog, really enjoyed staying at Shina and Christina's villa. They were so friendly, responsive to queries or issues, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and people to contact for different items such as motorbikes. We rented motorbikes which was perfect as the beach and the town area was about 5 minutes away by motorbike. The villa is private and the perfect size. Our check in and check out process went smoothly and the service was great! We loved it so much we stayed an extra day!
