This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

During our trip, we decided to try something new and rent an entire house in one of Nha Trang’s alleyways — and Trà’s house turned out to be the perfect choice for us. It’s close to many interesting tourist spots, surrounded by plenty of cafes, ATMs, and just a relaxed 5–8 minute walk from the sea. But the highlight was the house itself — it was amazing: cool, spacious, and full of charm! I can definitely recommend renting this house as a wonderful way to immerse yourself in local life with a touch of authenticity!

Staying at Pho's place was the best choice we made during our trip to DaLat. We were searching for something to help us recover from the noise of HCMC but still stay connected and close to all the best restaurants and sightseeing activities. we found it! We immediately felt at home in this little apartment. The noise was non existant save for some friendly lizards at night, and everything was reachable by a short Grab ride. The highlight may be the café next to the Airbnb where we had the *best* coffee that we've had so far in Vietnam combined with some breathtaking views of the hills. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Lat

We are a group of 15 person, all very happy staying at hung's place. The house was very nice, we also can cook for our dinner. The host was also very nice person, they respond very fast. Sure will stay and next time

Great place very close to the beach, many places around. The city is also close. It was very clean and a big plus for the mineral water to drink.

The house is lovely and beautifully designed, the balcony is big and gorgeous. The only thing that bothered me that the water in the filter smelled like a worker, the host said it was normal, but it smelled bad to me.

Okay villa is amazing, the house is unique as is the setting and perfect for a group of friends or a family, as we are. It has loads of restaurants but in a rural setting, chickens and chicks just outside and whilst you walk around the narrow alley’s you see the fishermen fixing their nets and preparing for the night ahead. It is as stated a 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the main shopping street, where if you wish get Taxis to Hoi A for a very reasonable price. The house is as in the pictures and very clean with a very open feel, which is great from barmy days and nights. The pool is great for an early morning dip or sunset swim. The grounds are maintained and beautiful. Quan was very responsive and sorted any issues that we had promptly and was happy to offer advice from local restaurants to tailors in Hoi An. We loved it! Would recommend 100%

This was a great place to stay our first time traveling to Vietnam. Great neighborhood for visitors. Tuyen was very helpful and responsive and the apartment was as pictured, we had a great experience!

The house is really beautiful and private, my family had a wonderful weekend night at Khue's house. She is very friendly and supported us very well during our stay. Because it is a private house, you will be given a key. Everything is clean, the swimming pool is also very nice.

My stay was very positive. The complex is fantastic, great for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful villa with a private pool immersed in silence and relaxation. My family and I, including our dog, really enjoyed staying at Shina and Christina's villa. They were so friendly, responsive to queries or issues, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and people to contact for different items such as motorbikes. We rented motorbikes which was perfect as the beach and the town area was about 5 minutes away by motorbike. The villa is private and the perfect size. Our check in and check out process went smoothly and the service was great! We loved it so much we stayed an extra day!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in two villas! The staff were very helpful and made THE BEST breakfasts each morning (and accommodated our early departure time.) We all loved the surrounding gardens and the pool. The location was a bit of a walk at the end of a long day from the old town in the heat, but it’s so easy to get a taxi.

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

The best stay, beautiful garden and bungalow, so peaceful, a real paradise in the city. Not to mention the friendliest host, with whom we shared a beautiful movie night. I definitely recommend this place, we will come back for sure!

A really beautiful little spot along the river for a bit of respite from the big city. Enjoyed watching the sunset and playing cards on the balcony, and taking out the bikes to explore along the rivers. Breakfast was delicious too!

My mother and I couldn't have asked for a better stay at the Phoenix! Helen was absolutely amazing, from getting dropped off and her extremely warm welcome, to the 5 days and 4 nights staying there, we felt at home. Helen and her staff were professional, joyful, responsive and did an amazing job! The property itself was absolutely perfect. It provides the peace and quiet of feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere but in reality you are only a 5 minute walk from the local market and restaurants. The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked wonderfully and there was plenty of space (I had one to myself). The location is great, you are only a 5-7 minute scooter ride in one direction to Old Town and a 5-7 minute scooter ride the other direction to the beach. Linh and Andy are very good hosts. I am very happy staying at their house. It exceeded my expectations. The small wooden house is very beautiful and cozy. There are cute pets in the yard. Everything is very carefully arranged and creative. This is my happiest time in Vietnam. It's very fulfilling. There is also a bar open at night, but not many people come, so don't worry about the noise. The house is also very quiet. Everything is very good! I will find this place again next time I come to Vietnam. Da Lat is very beautiful. Linh and Andy will recommend the best and most interesting places in Da Lat. Thank you for the cafes Linh recommended to me. I will also recommend the best places in Vietnam to you. Please trust their taste! Linh's English is also very good, so don't worry about language issues. They are also very enthusiastic.
