22nd floor river view. The cleaning condition was good, and it had all the supplies. Individuals must bring their own water, toothbrush, and toothpaste. The view was nice and pleasant. The air conditioner performance was a bit poor, but it wasn't bad to use. The landlord was also kind and responded quickly. I want to stay again next time.

It is a place where you can always stay without worry when visiting.

Very friendly host, will solve problems immediately, the place of the house is very quiet and safe, the room is fully equipped, the only disadvantage is that the convenience store is far away.

Ling’s place is a clean, quiet, and comfortable place with plenty amenities. The location is great with several coffee shops around. Ling is a great host; very supportive, communicative, responsive and informative.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The loft-style setup was perfect—I could work downstairs and relax upstairs. The building is conveniently on the same level as the pool and gym, which was great. The location is ideal for getting around using the Grab app, and the building is easy for drivers to find. It’s a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the main party district, avoiding the constant beeping and honking, yet still close to everything you need. There are also convenient stores right downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive, friendly, and understanding. Highly recommend!

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

We had a great time in HCMC and Mimi's place was perfect for our group of 7. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and easy to locate. it was easy to walk to places or catch a grab somewhere. The locals had some music out during Saturday and I was fun to listen to. The place cools down nicely, the third floor AC was leaking a hit but still worked great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in HCMC again!!

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.

Amazing property with lots of facilities in the building. Short car ride from everything. Ample space for a family of 4 and Jasmine was very responsive and proactive in checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The location is close to main tourist area and also a bit on the side so was not noisy or anything around. Ryo is a great host and responds well.

So glad I found this place. The apartment was clean and modern. The interior design is beautiful. David was very responsive and helpful. The city center was around 10mn drive from the apartment. Totally recommend this place if you ever visit Ho Chi Minh City.

The whole experience was great. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner at the start so the host made an effort to accommodate our booking. Despite the back and forth moving, we were thankful to have a place to stay. The team was also helpful in helping us moving between the units in the building. Would recommend to friends.
