Vacation rentals with a patio in District 4

This is a fairly new and modern apartment on the 17th floor; very much like a hotel room with a card key slot to turn on power to the apartment. We used the aparment as our base to stow our gear on our trip to the Mekong Delta (roughly 4 hrs away driving). The rest of the time we explored Ho Chi Minh City. ...if you want to get to downtown you'll need to take a Grab (their version of Uber) from this location; Grab is very inexpensive and it's a short ride....recommend you get the app. There is a small WinMart nearby so snacks and drinks are convenient to get. We mostly ate out when we were there, so didn't use the appliances much. Clean and comfortable - all in, we would rent this apartment again.

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

To us, location matters most. The studio is in a relatively quite spot on the very north edge of District 4. A very short walk across a pedestrian bridge brings you into District 1 with its endless choice of coffee shops, etc. The studio doesn't have enough cookware to really cook, but in the end it didn't matter. There was an endless number of stalls and restaurants serving delicious food to satisfy all our needs. We would certainly be comfortable staying here again.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the city center, making it so easy to explore all the local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The house itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for any meals we wanted to prepare. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being so close to all the action. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this place is an ideal base to explore everything the city has to offer. Highly recommend!

Ling’s place is a clean, quiet, and comfortable place with plenty amenities. The location is great with several coffee shops around. Ling is a great host; very supportive, communicative, responsive and informative.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, and modern. The location is ideal, with a supermarket and a great little cafe across the street. Mallorie is very attentive and was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. I would 100% recommend it and hope to stay there again.

Loved my stay at this place. The apartment had everything I needed and probably even more, its really cozy, clean and well decorated. Im a sensitive sleeper and I wouldn't say that the place is sound proof, but I had no issues sleeping here at all as apartment is located in a residential area outside the main streets. Would happily stay here again!

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

깨끗한. 곳입니다 주변에 먹을게 많다 아쉬운건 관광지가 멀리있다 그래서 이곳은 조용한곳이다.

We had a great time in HCMC and Mimi's place was perfect for our group of 7. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and easy to locate. it was easy to walk to places or catch a grab somewhere. The locals had some music out during Saturday and I was fun to listen to. The place cools down nicely, the third floor AC was leaking a hit but still worked great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in HCMC again!!

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Very central location and overall pretty solid place. Good communication and flexible check in.

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.

Amazing property with lots of facilities in the building. Short car ride from everything. Ample space for a family of 4 and Jasmine was very responsive and proactive in checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!
