This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Great place to stay for a few days. Place is very accessible to places like bui vien street. security is 24/7 as well, felt very safe.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

This Airbnb was amazing! It was close to everything we needed, making our stay super convenient. The place was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need. I arrived to Khue’s place with my family of 5. Upon arrival, security helped us bring up our luggages to our room. Khue had clear instructions on how to get the room key and where to find it. So it was a great start. The house was spacious and safe for two toddlers. Everyone enjoyed the balcony. You have a nice view of the city and the river. At night the city lights are very beautiful to look at. It’s not directly in the city so it’s not as loud and rowdy which we liked since the last time we stayed directly in HCM people were partying at 6am and you could hear it. But getting into the city was very accessible. Everywhere was a 7-10 min drive (without traffic). Booking a grab was easy as well. Everything was as described. The laundry is a washer and dryer all in one which was perfect and she provided laundry detergent. She was very responsive with any issues we had. We had a minor issue come up but she quickly accommodated us and was very understanding. 10/10 would recommend

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. I love the location because this apartment is in District 4 and everything you need to see or do is in District 1. The apartment has everything I need for a 5-day stay. Chris is very responsive and will go out of his way to help you. Enjoy your stay!

This Airbnb was a dream! The location was perfect! close to all the main attractions yet in a peaceful area. The house was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we could need. It was almost as clean as the pictures. The location is also close to District 1, and Lotte Mart in District 7.

I stayed for 9 days out of 12 nights. The host responded quickly and accurately to any inquiries, and I had no major inconveniences during my stay. There is also a supermarket on the way in, so you can buy simple necessities like bottled water and Tiger Beer. There are a lot of foreigners, so it's a great place to stay at a low price for men traveling alone.

The apartment was a great place to stay for our short visit to Ho Chi Minh City. It was clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. Located in District 1 which made it easy to walk to lots of attractions and great restaurants. Hoàng Yên gave really clear instructions for our check in which was very helpful and was super easy to communicate with during our stay!

Cute, very comfortable and fantastic location. Mia was friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Personally, I chose this accommodation because I prefer a quiet place rather than a very crowded place, but it's a great accommodation for people like me, so it's not far from Group 1, and the grocery store and Starbucks are right next to the accommodation, so it was very convenient to travel to Ho Chi Minh. Thanks to the friendly host, it was nice to be able to finish my trip to Vietnam well, and if I come to Ho Chi Minh again next time, I want to choose this accommodation again!
