Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in District 4

Gabriel and Justin are great hosts who were accomodating and were very responsive from the time we booked, until we checked out. We booked two flats (2703/2907) that were very clean, well furnished and were peaceful (no noise from neighbors or from outside). The location is fantastic, there's cafe downstairs, a 7/11 100m around the corner, local eateries all around, and you can walk to Bui Vien. If you want to go to Saigon Center it's a 7 min cab ride, or CBD (fancy area) it's only about 10 mins. Definitely recommend if you want a safe, clean and easy to access apartment(s) in District 1! I love the location. Close to everything but not super noisy area. Host was very helpful with our early check in , and when you are traveling with big group we very much appreciate it. Clean and organized. Recommended!

I had an amazing stay here! The building exceeded my expectations - its luxurious feel made me forget I was in a condo, not a hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the lovely scent at the entrance was a nice touch. Getting around was effortless, and foodies will love the abundance of street food options nearby. Plus, it was surprisingly quick to reach some fantastic restaurants. The pools were stunning, showcasing the architect's attention to detail. But what truly made my stay special was the host's exceptional hospitality. Their fast responses and helpfulness made all the difference. I'll definitely book this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone. 100% satisfied!

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. There's a restaurant nearby, so at night

The host was so friendly even when I contacted him late at night during check-in, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The house was so clean, the supplies were well prepared, and I could walk to the Evi in 5 minutes. The townhouse was spacious, so it was comfortable to live in, and the restaurant on the first floor was very well done.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host is incredibly generous and supportive. The room looked exactly as described—big, cozy, and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location is great, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Whether you're looking for a vegan cafe, a vegan res, or even seafood, you'll find something to enjoy nearby. It was a clean room and a good place to stay alone. I was very satisfied except for the inconvenience of having to go up to the 3rd floor and the hassle of having to use the narrow stairs and the shared washing machine. The host was also kind. It was so nice.

Great location right next to District 1. Many stores, coffee shops and restaurants around the apartment block. The apartment is very comfortable, has the amenities for some light cooking, the washing machine is very nice. All in all I would stay here again.

We had a nice four week stay. The bed, sofa and other furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure for the shower. When we had a few issues upon arrival, it was addressed immediately. The air conditioner worked great and the apartment had plenty of space. The building is very close to the metro which was easy to use. The building amenities were a bit disappointing. The workout room equipment was not working properly and was not well looked after. To use the pool you have to get the security guard to program the elevator. All in all it was a success!

The whole experience was great. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner at the start so the host made an effort to accommodate our booking. Despite the back and forth moving, we were thankful to have a place to stay. The team was also helpful in helping us moving between the units in the building. Would recommend to friends.

Beautiful apartment situated in Ho Chi Minh, exceeded expectations!

Looks can be deceiving at times. This place is more for the people who want to embrace HCMC and its culture. I didn’t feel out of place at any time. Very easy to navigate your way around and safe at all times. Can be interesting waiting your turn to use the lift but as said it embraces the culture.
