Vacation rentals with an EV charger in District 4

Great host, friendly.

The place we booked for had a water leakage problem, so Bee switched to another room for us so the review we are giving is not for this room. Either way, room was really clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The other room did not have a projector or Netflix but we asked bee for a hdmi cable and she provided us one so we streamed from our laptop. No issues there :) Location was central and there was a family mart just round the corner which was really good. Easy location to grab from and appreciate the presence of lifts. Safe location and nice that it was not a low floor so not that noisy :)

Everything is very fully and thoughtfully standard, the room is like the photo. The balcony view in the evening and morning is very chill. Suitable for group traveling from 3-5 people. Thank you so much to your host David.

Great Value. The location was excellent and only a 20ish minute walk to the tourist areas. Kien was very responsive. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. wifi was also fast and stable . thanks

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy and the location was convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was super friendly and helpful, always quick to respond Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay

Great place for big groups,

Second time staying here, and it only got better! The room is super clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Love having the coffee shop downstairs, communal kitchen, and pool. Nga was super responsive, got back within minutes of any message, and check-in was flexible and easy. The hotel is tucked behind a busy street so you can get whatever you need nearby but it’s also quiet and private. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Like to mention that our host was very responsive.

The host was very friendly, the house was very nice, and the scenery was very nice.

The team was great, the location was close to a lot but still in a more quiet area, and the place itself was very clean. The only thing was with so many people communicating there were a couple instances where different members of the team gave us different instructions. However, overall they were very responsive, they accommodated us on a last second extension of our stay in another unit they had and the building is very nice. Would recommend to anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh.

David is a great host and the apartment is clean, spacious and has great views. The beds were comfortable and we loved being somewhere with a washing machine and dryer. He always responds quickly and is really helpful. Location is easy for Grab drivers to find. We had the best stay!
