Cottage vacation rentals in Delta

The Cottage was a beautiful cozy place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the place just felt like home. The hot tub was amazing!! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and made the stay even better. We will for sure stay again next time we are in Grand Junction!!

Beautiful location - with very hospitable hosts, friendly goats, chickens, cat, and dogs, gorgeous views, walkable trails, and many spots for sitting and appreciating the views. This spot was peaceful - and gorgeous - for a first-time stay in Paonia. I would certainly love to stay again - and will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Had a fantastic girl's weekend at this place. Plenty of space and great decor. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Such a cozy place to stay! Beds were comfortable, as were the sofas. It was a wonderful place to relax between outings. The fire pit outside was an absolute treat to spend the evenings by as well. The other guests and I were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, beautiful decor, and overall comfort of the whole place. (The bread was delicious as well.) Should we come back to Cedaredge, we're definitely hoping to stay here again!

Probably the best organized place I have stayed in. Nicely decorated, comfortable, and did not have any confusion about anything. Your own private place with patio facing farm country and nice view of the mountains. And the cookies she left for me were delicious!

Great location. 10 minutes to downtown Grand junction, 10 minutes to the palisade wineries. Plenty of convenience/grocery stores nearby for anything you need. The cottage itself is dated but is perfectly functional. Great place to rest after a day of being out and about.

Genuinely a fine place to unwind and forget about everything other than the stunning views surrounding the mountain. The space was clean, western vibe felt like we were in a different time, lots of nature and privacy to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The grounds are beautiful, and provided a peaceful retreat. The cottage was very cute, clean, and comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Our hosts were accommodating and helpful before, during, and at the end of our stay. We would stay here again next time we’re in the area. Lovely!

This charming, quirky cottage is 10 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. The front entrance and interior were decorated for autumn and Halloween. You are welcomed with snacks, cold filtered water, and popsicles in the freezer. Julia provides brochures to take advantage of the many activities in the area. The private backyard has a grape arbor, gazebo, huge trees, and colorful gardens. Inside the cottage it is private and very quiet. Parking next to the cottage. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Thick, fluffy towels. The space is larger than the photos show. Julia is a friendly host and responds quickly. I’ll stay here again and would recommend Sycamore Cottage to friends.

This was my second visit to the cottage and I hope to return again. It is perfect for one or two people, comfortable, has all you need and is located in a beautiful, quiet but convenient rural area. Susan’s description and directions were spot on. The cottage looks exactly like one hopes. The neighboring friendly goats make the stay even more special. This is a quiet, charming, clean and wonderful place to stay.
