The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Powderhorn Grand Mesa Classy Family Cabin

Enjoy the outdoor recreation paradise of Powderhorn and the Grand Mesa from your spacious, cozy home. Winter brings downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and beautiful snowy vistas. Summer allows hiking and all things outdoors sounded by million acres of public lands. The 800 square mile top of the Grand Mesa hosts 300 lakes for fishing as well as paddle boarding and other small watercraft. Hiking trails galore and Powerhorn mountain supports summer mountain biking.

Use this house as a home base for adventures to the Black Canyon National Park (12 minutes away), San Juans Mountains completing business, meetups, or family get togethers .

Both bedrooms have a super comfy pillow top queen size bed. WIFI is a fast 1gig fiber optic line. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a sofa in the family room.
