This home is located on 2 acres just 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. The panoramic views from the patio and hot tub are spectacular & ever changing. Hiking and biking are minutes away. The house has an open feeling with beautiful stone & woodwork. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes & other outdoor equipment. Enjoy the BBQ grill out on the patio while watching amazing sunsets & visiting rabbits & birds.

Great 3 bedroom in River Park!

Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.

This solar-powered, luxurious, custome-built cabin retreat sits on 40 acres of private land and has beautiful views of the San Juan mountains including the 1400 foot peak, "Mt. Sneffles." It is close to Rigdway, Montorse, and Telluride. Well trained dogs are welcome but require an additional $25 cleaning fee payable in cash or check upon arrival.
