“This is a complete guest suite in the basement of a small bungalow on a quiet and tidy residential street on the near east side of SLC. Grocery, restaurants, etc. are conveniently found nearby. If you browse photos provided in the listing, you'll have a good idea exactly what to expect. The accommodation has been finished and decorated with attention to detail. Sandy met me on arrival and provided a quick orientation. Later on, I had the opportunity to meet her dog Pinky, who was taking advantage of the back yard. I was very pleased with my choice of Sandy's place for my two night stay in SLC.”

“Lovely and cozy cottage in a very ideal location. Megan & Shawn’s place was fairly easy to find with adequate off street parking for most vehicles.. Shawn was even nice enough to wait outside around my check in time to make sure I knew how to get in. As for the room itself the bed was every comfortable thanks to the purple mattress and pillows complete with clean, private bathroom as well as a decent size kitchenette and Keurig for the morning coffee. The hosts were both every accommodating with my later check in as well as recommendations of places to eat. Check out was a breeze.”
