“Mike has a very nice property in Aspen, very comfortable and well appointed. Mike was able to answer all our questions, and the building staff was very welcoming when we arrived and during our stay. The kitchen has a good set of appliances, pots and pans, for some simple cooking, but Aspen also has all sorts of restaurants. The building has a small pool and a hot tub, good for a bit of relaxing, a practical small gym... and the daily cleaning service was very useful, with a lot of useful touches: soap, shampoo, salt and pepper, detergent, clean towels... We only used the bedroom but the place is large enough for two more people using the sofa-bed, a family or good friends. It is quiet for light sleepers (there even is a white noise machine, but we never needed to use it) despite being on Main St. A great thing about Main St are the frequent free buses stopping nearby, and there is also a very good in-house shuttle service to go to and from the airport and downtown. The walk to downtown and the main gondola takes 10-15 minutes and Aspen certainly is one of the ski resorts that has the most to offer. We would love to stay there again.”
Aspen downtown core - This unit has been updated and is now an oversized 1 bedroom. Walk everywhere from this top floor unit with Aspen Mountain and sunset views. 830 square feet, light, bright and modern, featuring warm stone and a bright interior. Viking stainless steel appliances, steam shower, gourmet kitchen, comfortable furniture, natural wood fireplace, flat screen TV, cable, wireless internet and endless views make this home special.
“This a great place to stay in Aspen! It is about five blocks from the main gondola, two blocks to the market and there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Getting in was a snap and there was parking right in front of the building! We would definitely stay again!”
This spectacular retreat sits right on the banks of the Roaring Fork, with unobstructed views & the running river audible throughout. This space has it all: a great room with wood-burning fireplace, chef's kitchen, tranquil sanctuary bedroom, spa bathroom, spacious riverfront deck. Quiet & serene, although just a few blocks from downtown & the gondola. Condo amenities include heated lap pool & spa hot tubs & renovated gym & lockers - a luxury spa experience - nothing like this anywhere in Aspen!
“Scott’s place is incredibly stylish, warm and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the river, the surrounding Aspen trees and the mountains. It is pristine and spotless, with everything we needed and a market nearby for groceries. We appreciated the easy parking, the ski locker and how close it was to town (a nice five minute walk). Scott responded quickly to our questions and was flexible and gracious. We had a fabulous stay and would return in a heartbeat. Pamela”
