Located in the heart of Breckenridge above the Aurum Food & Wine restaurant, this condo is beautifully finished and located in a brand new building completed in 2018! The location is very convenient for everything Breck has to offer at any time of the year. The condo has a private balcony and is very spacious with a great layout for couples or small groups.
