Cozy and Bright North Boulder studio
This private guest suite in North Boulder is a bright & cozy space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a newly remodeled bathroom, separate entrance, easy parking, a partial kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces and we are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You can walk to get coffee, a grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. Kid friendly! We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Historic Farm
Enjoy the natural beauty of 4.5 acres surrounding this historic farmhouse guest suite. You will be staying in the farmhouse that was built in 1930 and renovated in 2022. You have a private entrance on the guest dedicated front porch complete with a swing. It has two bedrooms each with queen size beds. A giant bathroom with double sinks and shower is part of the accommodations. The guest suite is separate and locked off from the main farmhouse for guest privacy.
