Right down the hill you'll find hiking and mountain bike trails, bike paths, coffee shops, restaurants, Upslope Brewery, and wineries/cideries. It’s about 5 miles from downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street mall and less than an hour drive from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and about an hour drive south to Denver.
