Family-friendly vacation rentals in Boulder

Had a great stay with our family! The bus stop right out the door is a big perk, as well as the hot tub!

We had everything we needed for a quick spring break trip in the snow! This home has more room than I imagined and great set up for the varying ages of the boys. The town of Nederland offered some eclectic spots and the local mountain Eldora was perfect size for a great couple of days of skiing and snowboarding. Then home to cook in the large kitchen, a little sledding, and relax in the hot tub. We would definitely return!

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was as described. Plenty of room for four adults. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Couches are a little outdated, but are very comfortable. We will book again. Thanks!

we had an amazing stay here everything was just as described and pictured. our kids had a blast playing with the toys available in the basement. My husband got a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi. it was close to many local resteraunts as well as pretty much anything you might want to do. I think my husband wanted to buy the house instead of going back home😂 host was helpful and responsive we would definitely stay again

We stayed for several days in Ryan's lovely home with our two children - we had plenty of room for our family of four! The kitchen/living area was spacious and perfect for cooking meals, and we loved spending time in the evenings with the view of the flat irons. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it was easy to get to grocery stores and trails. We loved the decor and lighting of the home, as well as the many plants and homemade wood pieces - everything made for a very welcoming and cozy vibe. We would love to stay again.

Our stay at 110 South Sawmill in Craig and Jeff’s home was amazing! Their perfect directions took us right to their beautiful, cozy and very clean home. The views from every room are stunning. You will enjoy all of the space the home has to offer especially the well equipped kitchen with lots of extras(we love to cook), the kitchen nook(great conversation area), TV room and of course the hot tub that also had its own special spot! We wanted special family time, R & R(very comfy beds) and our getaway was exactly what we got in this lovely home and location, close to Evergreen for yummy dining but also eating in! Thank you to Craig and Jeff for their quick response times to answer questions, restaurant recommendations and a perfect home that had everything we needed and more! Lisa & Todd Sloan

My boyfriend and I were wanting a night away in a cozy place. I found Pine Haven on Airbnb and it was the perfect setting for what we wanted. Joan was so nice and friendly and the cabin was spotless and perfect. I love having a key to the door and not a card or pin pad, really made it special and fun. We chose Matthew’s spot partly due to the proximity to friends we were visiting, and as a convenient place from which to explore the wider area. The location was lovely and peaceful, with nice views of the lake. A nice quiet street, so you really felt much further away from things than you were, but with convenient access. Matthew was quick to respond to any queries. The house had convenient labels that made things easy to find, such as which kitchen cabinets held which items. Thanks Matthew!

This house was a great place to stay in Denver; the neighborhood was quiet and close to parks, groceries and other places of interest. It was larger than we expected from the photos. We have family in Denver and were able to gather at the house for some meals and games. Darrow provided plenty of paper goods to start with and left notes with instructions for various amenities. I hope we can stay here again when our family gathers in the city.

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

Darling and cozy space and we really appreciated how much was available in the home to make our stay stress free. VERY close to a public market with cute shops and good food. Great back yard space and cozy front porch. This place was lovely for our multigenerational family ages 30 to 80 ❤️ Short drive to downtown Denver and we also took road trips to Boulder and Estes Park and this location was a perfect jumping off place for our travels.

This basement apt was by far the best I have ever stayed at in Denver when visiting my sister for the past 8 years. Private entrance, very clean, your own space. Big kitchen with 2 bedrooms. Beds were so COMFY!! I will for sure book this place again and again!!

We had another wonderful stay in JoAnna’s lovely home. The house was spotless upon arrival and check in was a breeze. The neighborhood was so peaceful and we enjoyed walking to downtown Louisville and Memory Square park. Everything in the home was comfortable, and JoAnna is a wonderful host. We are already looking forward to our next stay in JoAnna’s home.

Justin’s place was the perfect stay for our large group of guys for a bachelor party. He was on top of every little detail, responded immediately to any question we had, and even let us have a Hibachi chef come by to cook one night. The location is perfect and walkable to all kinds of great things - and all the best parts of Denver are 5-10 minutes away.

Amazing stay! Paula and Charlie were such delightful hosts! Probably one of best Airbnb’s I have stayed at thus far! Sooo many personal touches she added that made the stay so comfortable! Will be back!

This property is the perfect place for a family get away and in our case an amazing Christmas. The owners are incredibly responsive and also helped make it an extra special experience for my kids and wider family. The location is great and the open plan living room/ kitchen make it an excellent experience. We Highly recommend it , and it is especially kid friendly

Herbie was very nice we met him briefly when we arrived to the property and he gave us an extra hour in the check out time which was a huge help. Would highly recommend staying!

If you are looking for a great little mountain house close to ski resorts and walkable to restaurants this is a gem! Susan was easy to deal with and very accommodating to our group’s needs. She doesn’t live in Colorado so sometimes responses were not immediate but she did always get back to us and was very helpful. We came for a few days to have a quick spring break ski trip with our teens and this house checked all the boxes. Not fancy - but super comfortable. Looks like the photos and was easy to get to and get in. Adorable mid century vibe with an eclectic assortment of furnishings this is one we will tell our friends about & save to come back to!

Daniel's apartment was like a (beautifully furnished) home from home. Everything you could wish for had been considered.. We've never stayed in a better equipped Airbnb. The neighborhood is delightful.. it was lovely to sit on the big balcony and watch all the dog walkers! Lots of cool places to go nearby and we felt very safe walking around the area. Daniel was very accommodating, letting us drop off luggage early so that we could head to the ball game.. and thanks to Andy too for meeting us. All in all we only wish we had been able to stay longer and hope to be back!

This was such a beautiful place to stay! We loved watching the wildlife in the backyard. The kitchen was very well equipped as was the bathroom. We were tired when we arrived and ended up using the wrong keypad to get in, but Tari was so helpful and gracious when we called. I'm looking forward to being able to stay here again!
