New Remodel! Peaceful Studio in Boulder's exclusive Spanish Hills. Estate has gorgeous views, only 5 mins to Louisville's restaurants & shops, 15 mins to central Boulder 28th & Pearl. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time.
