Townhome vacation rentals in Boulder County

Brian was super responsive when we had a very small issue. Place is great , kitchen well stocked with utensils . We ate many of meals in and everything we needed was there. We will definitely be back. Kay and Ken

This is an excellent option in Boulder! Very well located to enjoy the natural beauty and the amenities nearby. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Regine is very responsive and thoughtful. She provided very clear guidance for everything about the accomodation and Boulder. Highly recommend!

Ed is friendly and helpful. He made himself readily available to answer any questions both before and during my stay. I highly appreciated both the cozy room as well as the ease of communication that Ed made possible.

We found Megan’s home after a previously arranged rental was sold. We feel very lucky to have landed at Megan’s. My wife, daughter, and I had ample room and the home was beautifully decorated. It included everything we needed. Its patio and backyard trees created a delightful place to sit outside. There was wick access to trails; within about a half mile I was running by prairie dogs. The house is only a few minutes from Pearl Street and, importantly for us as we were visiting family and also like the larger area, convenient to the neighboring towns. Megan was proactive snd responsive, and was a wonderful host. We absolutely recommend her home as a landing spot in the Front Range area.

My stay at Kathy’s space was nothing short of a sanctuary. The space had every amenity I could need for recovering, resting and exploring. Comfortable furniture all over. Wonderful natural light. Exceptional shower and other utilities. Richly textured rugs. I felt as though I was at a spa mixed with Bilbo Baggins home in the shire. On top of the comfort, the walking/hiking options are unbelievable. Each day I was able to explore the vastness of Boulder and its trails. Everything was immaculate. I felt whole heartedly welcomed by Kathy. I expected an escape, and was given a home (if even for a short time) Thank you for everything. I hope to be back soon!!

Ed is a great host! The room was very clean. If you want a modest room that's more affordable and you don't mind being out of downtown Boulder, this is a solid stay. There are two AirBnB rooms on the downstairs level. The shared bathroom is in the middle. This was not a big deal, but that probably depends on the other guest across the hall. The Internet speed is just fast enough to stream a movie on your laptop.

This is a charming, quiet, sunny space well suited for a single or a couple who doesn’t mind a compact space. It’s one side of a duplex with the owner living in the other half. Lindsey was really friendly and also respected my privacy. I was there alone and it suited me perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed really comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is within easy walking distance to the fun Lafayette downtown area with lots of restaurants and small shops. I would stay again. I do think it’s slightly overpriced for the area, specify given that it’s a one bed, one bath space.

Was running a hockey tournament at sport stable. Even though I live in Denver having to be at the rink from 6a-1a 3 days straight, this place was amazing to be able to just get a shower and some sleep. There was a large bed, 2 bunks and a sofa that looked like it could sleep 2 people. If you are needing a place near stable for any adult tournaments and just a place to shower and rest your head it was amazing. There is a hot tub out back but we weren’t sure if we could use it or not. Could have used more towels and wasn’t sure where the garbage can was. Also parking is in the street so we only used one of our cars to get there and left the other one at the rink. Other than that it was perfect.

I always stay at Jenn’s when I’m in Boulder. Jenn is a great host and positively super person! The place is as described…clean, quiet, comfortable, close to everything, etc.

We had a super stay at Kendra’s. It is in a nice and quiet location with beautiful views views, and is close to walking trails.. The place is very clean and highly functional. Several are bedrooms are available, with a nice large common area for gathering and hanging out. A great place!

Super good value for money, honestly it's more than just a room its like a whole basement studio that's really spacious. Shared kitchen is great and has everything you need. Tan was a great host that was very communicative and flexible.

We had a great stay at Christian's place. Christian was very responsive to all of our questions and very nice. The town house was a good size for the 4 of us and very clean! The beds were super comfortable. We really liked relaxing on the balcony in the morning and at night.

Debra’s place was a great place to spend a few days enjoying all that Boulder and surrounding area have to offer. The townhome is beautiful, extremely comfortable, well stocked, and located within walking distance of many great restaurants and retail outlets. We look forward to staying once again on our next trip to Boulder!

Great townhome with unique art and a fun vibe. We were in town for CU parent’s weekend and Rianna’s place provided us with a great launch base for Pearl Street shopping/dining and CU events.

Great place to stay! Very close to downtown Boulder. Could even walk if you wanted to. Cozy space, loved that there were bathroom amenities. Local decor was a great touch too. Easy check in and check out would definitely stay again if in the area!

Spacious modern home. Breathtaking mountain scenery. Very private location. Robin was a great host, always available when we needed him but never in the way.

This was a great home. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Elizabeth was proactive and responsive and kind. The back deck has beautiful plants, a water fountain and a gas fire pit. It was a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy.

I could not have hoped for a more perfect place for my stay in Boulder. Raga made me feel welcomed from the very beginning, with her exceptionally warm nature and genuine care. Her place was immaculate and her presence heartwarming. And there are so many small details that exhibit her commitment to the comfort of her guests. I felt completely at home and it was the perfectly peaceful and uplifting environment in which to prepare to deliver my first public talk, which turned out beautifully. Additionally, Lucky's market is just a short walk away, as is the bus stop for quick, 10-minute rides to the city center. And the surrounding nature is the perfect backdrop to the home that Raga has cultivated. If you have the opportunity to stay at Raga's, you will surely feel very blessed. Thank you, Raga. My husband and I were in town for continuing education classes and Aiden was a great host. We checked in after 9 pm and he was there to show us to our private room and bathroom in the house. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our time at Aiden’s place and would recommend staying with him!

I stayed in hotels and AirBnB 50 nights last year and this was the best yet. I will definitely come back when I am in Denver area next time. The unit was clean, spacious, and extremely well appointed. We were there for 8 days and it felt like home. I whole-heartedly recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
