Condo vacation rentals in Boulder County

A small but very well appointed and very comfortable condo right in the heart of Boulder. Everything was modern and updated, with top-of-the-line appliances and features. It is easy to get anywhere by car from the location, and the edge of CU Boulder's campus is just a block away. I will definitely consider staying here again whenever I'm back in Boulder.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect -- close to downtown and all the area attractions, but off the beaten path enough for peace and quiet. The place has a homey feel to it and we were very comfortable during our stay. Brian was very responsive and accommodating during our visit. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Set in a quiet residential area of Boulder, Gregory’s condo is a wonderful and relaxing place to stay when you visit. There are accessible hiking trails nearby and beautiful views of the mountains, plus two grocery stores are a short walk away. If you want to stay in a low-key, comfortable, and clean spot, book Gregory’s place.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

Perfect home base in Boulder for a few days. The layout was perfect with plenty of space. Decks were a plus as the weather was nice. Parking was easy on the street. Alison was excellent communicating before and during our stay.

Great location! Walkable to CU and the Pearl Street Mall. The condo was very comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee, sugar, spices, and oil available. The 4 cruiser bikes are a nice perk, which sadly we didn't get to use because of a snow storm. Host was very responsive and helped to trouble-shoot an issue with the router/wifi. We would stay here again, given the opportunity to visit Boulder again!

Barbara was a fantastic host! She was super friendly and helpful from booking all the way through checking out. The property was exactly as described and looked even better in person than in the photos. It was very comfortable had everything we needed for our stay in Boulder. So many great restaurants in the area! It was an easy hour drive from the Denver airport or to visit Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Comfortable place and fitted five comfortably. Great location for us; easy to walk to e.g. restaurants and Pearl St. and other walking paths. Communication with Courtney was easy, clear and proactive. Apartment was well-furnished and easy to find. Helpful hints for restaurants, etc. Fitted the five of easily with a decent sofa-bed. Would recommend!

Deb was so kind and responsive. The house was ready and clean for me and had plenty of comforts, like supplies in the kitchen, laundry, tons of towels and storage for me to settle in for a longer stay. I was happy to have a portable AC unit for the warm days. And extra fans to circulate. Pets friendly was a must, so my pup settled in just fine. I’m so glad I found Deb’s home to stay while visiting family in Boulder.

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

Eric’s place was incredible! The space was SO clean, incredibly cozy, had everything that I needed and could think of, and Eric was such a kind and responsive host. I loved walking the neighborhood in the morning and grabbing some local coffee and just looking at the mountains. The space is very well organized and I was so at peace being able to feel right at home the moment I walked in the door (which is hard when traveling a lot of times). Everything that one could think of that they would need, Eric provided. I will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

The location was fantastic - quiet, but with easy car access to Pearl St, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. our daughter would have spent the whole week in the community pool if we would have allowed it. Jennifer’s place was comfortable and clean and possibly better equipped than any AirBnb we have stayed at, with a full kitchen, a stocked pantry with extra TP, paper towels, laundry detergent etc, beach towels for the pool, and extra amenities families might need, like a toddler potty,pool toys etc. it is walking distance to CU. The pictures in the posting are accurate and all the listed amenities were present and in working order.

Walnut Mews--the name of the complex where the apartment is located-- is charming and well-maintained, creekside on the west end. Our only complaint was that the bedroom is adjacent to a parking lot (the apartment is on the east end of the complex). And the location is great--near stores, Pearl Street and a mile or so from the CU campus. Also, the bed was super comfortable, with good quality cotton bedding. Camilla is an excellent host--very responsive to all texts.

Very cute and well-appointed place. Thoughtfully designed with nice finishes and appliances. Loved the peacefulness of the surroundings with great proximity to downtown Boulder. Highly recommend!

This was the peaceful quiet oasis we wanted. Close to town yet it felt secluded. Close to walking/bike path. We had a great stay!

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was perfectly located with walking trails nearby and a short drive to other Boulder destinations.

A great condo stay! Plenty of indoor space, plus a sweet little balcony, nice pool, & soothing hot tub. Great location & convenient to Univ. Colorado Boulder, restaurants, Farmers' Market, other shopping, & highways. Barry was easygoing & promptly answered the few questions we had. Totally worth the price. Happily recommend & wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Thanks, Barry!

This must be the quietest neighborhood in Boulder, and very walkable, we walked to coffee shops in the morning, and around the park later. Bohdan's condo is in a cute culture de sac neighborhood it has a nice layout, we were very happy with staying there, the beds were comfy.

Jocelynn's place felt right at home! Check in was easy and Jocelynn provided a few great hikes to help us finalize our plans. The kitchen was a BIG plus for us. She had lots of pots, pans, and other cookware available to use, which definitely made it easier to eat healthy meals. We also spent a lot of time enjoying the fresh air on the patio. If you're planning on spending time in Boulder, I definitely recommend this place, especially if you plan on spending lots of time hiking. It was a welcome retreat from the woods. :)

We loved our stay at Aimee's ! Highly Recommend! Aimee was very kind, very responsive and accommodating and offered us great recommendations for nearby hikes. The space was perfect for my boyfriend and I who both work remotely. Plenty of space to work, gorgeous kitchen and bathroom, great laundry machine/dryer. Aimee's space had everything we needed we cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was perfect. It is such an incredible location in a really beautiful walkable neighborhood, within 5 minutes of hiking trails, very close to yoga studios, restaurants, grocery etc. Couldn't say enough good things and would definitely come back and stay here!

I really loved my stay with Celia. This is a gorgeous spot in a great location- access to the bus to downtown, quiet, access to the pool, and super close to the creek path for running, walking, and biking. I loved Celia’s recommendations for local activities, and she was responsive and kind as I got settled in. I fell in love with Boulder here and plan to come back!! I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice, cozy, extremely-well-equipped condo to come back to after a day hiking in the mountains! The extensive/varied vinyl collection was an added bonus; a little Nina Simone playing while sipping on some cab is hard to beat. The place was squeaky clean, had literally everything we needed, including comfy furniture to chill out in (trust me, that's not always the case). Not quite walking distance (<1mi) to anything, but traffic is light, and the HOP is $3. Regardless, we'd go back to this one!
