Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Boulder County

This was the absolute perfect place to stay. My husband and I eloped and brought our dogs with us the night we stayed here. It was super great having a fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play in. I loved the coffee bar in the kitchen. It had several different coffee options, three different creamer options, hot chocolate, and tea. It is a super cute home. I would 100% recommend staying here!

The place was as described. Amazing kitchen, the views were excellent and amenities were awesome. Plenty of space and activities, very quiet as well. Super close to downtown Boulder. Host was very responsive and provided great recommendations!

Joel's place was the perfect hub for our Colorado adventure. It was clean, convenient and the beds were super comfortable! Joel's was very responsive and the house has literally everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend a stay here if you can get in!

We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean. Extremely well stocked with necessities and a lot of luxuries (chargers on the night stand, plentiful towels, espresso etc). Very peaceful and private backyard with private hot tub. Gene was super responsive and definitely made us feel at home. Short drives to Denver and boulder. Estes Park was about an hour. Breckenridge and Colorado Springs are about 2 hours. Definitely recommend this listing for anyone trying to experience several different locations of Colorado.

We thoroughly enjoyed this oasis in the woods - just 10 minutes from our CU students and a beautiful retreat to enjoy family time. The home was just as described and spotless when we arrived. Lovely time spent in the hot tub looking up at the clear CO night sky and enjoyed a visit from a family of deer in the morning while we had coffee together on the porch. Thank you Robert for providing such a perfect "homebase" for our CU family weekend.

Charming little spot within walking distance of downtown Nederland. Kitschy decor was delightful, and the hydrotherapy options in the backyard were excellent. Pullout sofa wasn’t super comfortable, but that’s pretty standard.

Our stay was perfect. The place is just like the pictures and the beds are all very comfortable (I'm actually going to ask about their mattresses as we need to buy one!). The place is in great shape and the bedrooms are bigger than I expected. As in the description and other reviews, there is only one bathroom that is small and the floor gets wet / stays a bit wet after a shower and it's the only bathroom but it didn't bother us and as long as you're aware / expecting this I think it's great! It is on a busy road but you don't notice it in the living area. The one front bedroom is a little louder but not bad at all. We bought a house literally 2 blocks away so we could not have asked for a better location! We also used the unit in the backyard, one adult slept there and it was very quite / comfortable, there's no bathroom out there but it's a great space. Also, our daughter LOVED the hottub, which was nice for the one snowy day / cold spell. The kitchen is very well stocked too!

from booking through the visit, this was a treat! shane and nicole's house is set up so nicely and has so many amenities that were perfect for our stay. we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This gorgeous cabin was an amazing retreat for a short weekend with the gals. We felt right at home and had our own spaces for privacy and great common areas. The house had everything we needed and beautiful cabin decor touches. We didn’t want to leave and will most definitely return.

This was the most beautiful cabin! The chipmunks on the back deck and the sound of the water nearby made for some amazing mornings. Would definitely recommend Cindy’s cabin to anyone looking for a private getaway in the Rockies.

Loved this cozy, little home! The space is small but very well utilized making it feel bigger and creating a very comfortable space. All amenities are available on site and it’s about a half hour from central city and Casinos in Blackhawk. Very peaceful and a great place for a get away in the mountains!

This was the perfect home base for our several day mountain getaway! Yvonne was very flexible with allowing us an early check in to beat the snow storm on our arrival day. It was an easy drive to spend a day in Boulder and to get to a few great local hikes! We would absolutely come back to stay again!

If you are looking for a secluded, mountain getaway with plenty to explore right on the property, this is the place. The entire length of the home faces several peeks that photos cannot capture for this listing. However, you are also close to Nederland, Boulder, Blackhawk, Golden and more. The indoor amenities and decor are just right for the setting. One tip: all beds are in second-story rooms, accessible by sturdy ladders. Everyone who wants a bed will need to be able-bodied and ready to get used to this. It was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again! If it is available for your dates, say yes!

Sleepy Hollow was a great location for what we were looking for: really close to the Wild Basin entrance for RMNP, close drive to Estes Park and other hiking trails. Though this is right off CO-7 and by the local food/fuel station it was still pretty quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed our stay as a couple and could see how this place would be just as great for larger parties. Internet was perfect for streaming on a cold, rainy day. The lot was full of Aspens in their fall glory and a little stream ran past the property. Hot tub was at the ready, nice steam showers, super comfy beds, electric fireplaces in the bedrooms that gave off heat, newer washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen (appliances, spices, utensils and more). Communication was easy and the host was proactive about making sure we had all the details and directions beforehand since cell service is pretty nonexistent in the mountains. We had no problem locating the cabin because of this. We enjoyed our stay.

This was just an amazing place to stay. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and conveniently located to RMNP. We spent days hiking and snow shoeing and came back to hangout every evening- no desire to be any place else. The cabin is immaculate- like staying in a brand new home. Many thoughtful amenities were included. Would definitely love to come back someday.
