Jay and Regina made us feel right at home after we had to move out of our home due to water damage temporarily. They were ver accommodating as we had to keep extending our stay. We are grateful for a home away from home while our repairs were being made.

Saskia was a great host. Her place was in a perfect location for my needs. There was Coal Creek trail/path system nearby. Old Town Lafeyette was just down the road and there was a King Supers Grocery and fuel station just 3 minutes away. The rental itself was a private space with everything I needed. I slept great! Would stay again.

The location was perfect. It was away from downtown or college area, so outside was quiet. A couple people, not the owner, live upstairs and their footsteps were bit noisy sometimes. Walking distance to an amazing walk around a small lake and view of hills with paragliders. Jean respond to questions very fast and she was very nice. I highly recommend staying her place!

We had a great stay at this home for our snowboard weekend! The location was perfect—super easy access to Eldora, and the town itself was incredibly cute with lots of charm. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating with any requests we had, which made our stay even smoother. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy getaway near the slopes!

Galina was great at communications! We ended up needing extra days at the front end of our trip and she was super accommodating. The place was in a great neighborhood and everything was perfect! Would stay again! Thank you so much!

Benjamin was one of the best hosts we have ever had. The house was cute and quirky. Great for our family of 7. The 3 couples each had bedrooms and our single child had the top floor by herself! So many amenities - never stayed in an airbnb with everything provided that you might have forgotten! Good location. Great instructions and communication. Can't say enough good about the house and Benjamin. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Spacious Luxury Home - Hot Tub/EV Charger

Maddie was a wonderful host and we loved the place. We were a short drive into Nederland for shopping and restaurants. The view of the lake and mountains with snow (December) were stunning. The hot tub was a welcomed amenity after our hikes, skiing and snowmobiling. The house has three levels which was great to put the young parents and baby in the upper bedroom and we split the next two levels between three couples. The bottom bedroom is a suite and we were able to use it for our lively board games away from the sleeping baby (we used a monitor of course!). We definitely recommend Maddie as a host and this house to anyone visiting Nederland and the environs. Winter Park was an easy 90 minute drive and hiking options only 15 minutes away. All of this made for a perfect family vacation during Christmas.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

This was easily the best air bnb we have ever stayed in! The house was easy to find, clean, nicely decorated and filled with anything you could possibly need if you forgot something. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Brenda was so friendly and responded super quickly with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in the area!

We had a horrible check in at the first air bnb we rented and Gida was amazing when I contacted her at 9 pm when we couldn’t find a hotel to book. It took us a while to get it taken care of and she was so helpful and stayed up late to help us!!

We had a very comfortable stay at Carolyna’s house. The park and playground across the street was perfect for our two little kids. The host lives in the same house in a separate apartment connected by a door in the kitchen. While it was usually unnoticeable - there were a few times it wasn’t. The beds (at least one) could be bigger, but overall again it really was a cozy home. The host made sure to accommodate any needs or requests we had.

Wonderful place to stay. We spent a month here. It’s very well equipped for cooking and working from home. Great for kids with a park just across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

fabulous place with stunning hiking and running trails literally right out the front door. grocery store coffee and delicious pastry shop 2 minutes away (10 min walk). Barbara and Don are super responsive. Highly recommend.
