We have been AirBnB travellers for a long time so we understand what makes a stay special. This "cozy" unit has great amenities and very responsive hosts! Conveniently located in the NoBo Art District, very close to grocery, liquor store, restaurants, 5 min walk to the bus stop, 3 miles to Folsom Field, 2 miles from Pearl St Mall, a huge screen TV and comfy linens. The Wonderland Lake hiking trails and the Boulder Paragliding launch point are just right outside the door!

Swoon is a stunning, unique, and comfortable space in which we were able to relax deeply while also feeling inspired by the beautiful views, natural light, and art everywhere. The host's communication was friendly and helpful, and accommodated our requests generously. We hope to stay here many more times in the future! Very grateful.

We had a great stay at Colins place. We love this quite street in Boulder, close to Wonderland lake, which is one of the most beautiful areas in Boulder.

A Quiet Cozy Spot New Back Deck Hot Tub

Jay and Regina are wonderful hosts, and their place is lovely and in an extremely ideal location. The house is well stocked for cooking meals and everything was very clean. The only snag we ran into was the AC decided to die during our stay, it was the first hot days of the year. But Jay and Regina were VERY responsive and got us set up with a portable AC unit right away to keep things cool. They had the main AC fixed within a couple days! Having the hosts on the property is definitely a plus in my opinion, as they were able to address issues VERY promptly. Overall the house was wonderful, the location was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

2 Parks 5K Path Around Lake Family Friendly

We had a very comfortable stay at Carolyna’s house. The park and playground across the street was perfect for our two little kids. The host lives in the same house in a separate apartment connected by a door in the kitchen. While it was usually unnoticeable - there were a few times it wasn’t. The beds (at least one) could be bigger, but overall again it really was a cozy home. The host made sure to accommodate any needs or requests we had.

A very well stocked home in a great area for hiking. We walked back from downtown— a comfortable after dinner walk of about 45 minutes— but the buses run right there on Broadway, close by the house. Benjamin was super responsive and everything went smoothly. I would recommend!
