Laura was great! We had a complication with a camping trip for our anniversary and we needed to find a last second place in Winter Park and Laura came through! She responded within an hour of us reaching out, sent us the check in instructions and saved the day! The place itself is cute and cozy. It was also spotless clean and had everything we needed. It is extremely close to the resort. I mean, we walked there both days and were there in under ten minutes. It’s as central as it gets in Winter Park. Town Center was a 3 minute drive down the road, literally. Laura was very communicative, helpful and even agreed to a late check out. She most literally rescued our anniversary weekend. Highly recommend this spot. Especially if you’re looking for a place close to Winter Park ski resort. Thanks Laura!

We had a great stay at Stefan and Bethany’s place! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed, including coffee supplies to get us going in the morning. The location was perfect—an easy and safe 15–20 minute walk to downtown Golden, so we could get around by foot or car without any hassle. Stefan and Bethany were super responsive and shared a bunch of helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do in both Golden and the Denver area—we ended up using their suggestions a lot! Check-in and parking instructions were also very clear. All in all, a really enjoyable stay that we’d definitely recommend.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend spent skiing at Winter Park! The location was great, easy access to the main village and lifts via shuttle, ski in/ski out/ free parking lot with a lift to the village area. We also appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was at night. The unit itself was spacious for two people and luggage. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the shower had great hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make breakfasts and quick snacks. Plenty of options for parking outside or in the garage. We especially liked having the option of using the hot tub after a day of skiing to relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Winter Park!

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to so many restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Guests who like to be out and about will love the access to so many things.

Comfortable, clean apartment close to the heart of Fraser, with easy access to bus routes and lots of amenities in the common areas (workout room, ping-pong, basketball indoor and outdoor, swimming pool and hot tub, ...). Danielle was a super host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Love that it is along the shuttle route to Winter Park ski resort. Yellow route and need to download the Lift Winter Park app to figure out the route. I did not like the popping metal sounds of the heaters as it woke me up through the night (I am a soft sleeper though). Peaceful view of trees behind the condo where the balcony is.

Jack and Caroline’s place is in a great location; really close to downtown Nederland and quite central for adventures on the peak to peak highway. They were great communicators and super open to questions and suggestions but also very much left us up to our own devices. Would definitely stay again!

Easy, comfortable stay in a very central location. Michael’s place was clean and had all the amenities we needed (including a parking spot). There are so many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Michael’s instructions for check-in & check-out were very clear.

Wonderful stay! Clean space, well equipped kitchen, good wifi, communicative. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Central Boulder. Downtown Pearl St was an easy 10 min drive and Rocky National Park was only an hour away

My husband and I had a great three-month stay at Ling’s home! Ling and Nicholl were very friendly and responsive hosts. The internet worked well for both of us to be on video calls throughout the day as we both work remotely. We are runners, and the neighborhood is safe for jogging. The bed is comfy. Quick drive to grocery stores. We recommend this home.

The location was perfect for my family. We took the Amtrak train to and from Fraser. The local bus system was super convenient from the station to the condo, grocery,and winter park for skiing. We also enjoyed convenient access to the pool, hot tubs, and laundry facilities.

Jordan's condo was perfect and a nice spot for 2 or 3 people. It was set up very well for our 4 day stay and everything was updated and modern. I would stay here again!

this place is extremely comfy, has a great layout, amazing views all around, easy to navigate the nearby shuttles to/from the mountain, probably the best couch ever, and a nice, warm fireplace/heating. mycah was very responsive and friendly. pricey, but worth it for all you get!

We loved our time at casa Moderna, felt right at home and would return 100%. The host Adam did a wonderful job preparing the place, leaving ample instructions and recommendations and was always prompt on communication! The house itself was very cozy, extremely clean and in a wonderful quiet neighborhood with a great backyard and mountain view’s! 5 stars for sure!

We had a great stay! Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. My son loved the bunk beds. Some games included. The patio and views from the deck are fantastic. If traveling with kids the shades and walls are very thin so morning sun rise/ sunset will mean kids are up haha, we put pillows in the windows to try and block out the day for put down...parents iykyk. 😅 also a bit hard to use bath tub for kids since the shower door is set in place so you just have to extend across the tub to stop the drain🙃 Local neighborhood is quiet clean and seemed safe. Easy parking and walkable to lumpy brewing, the bowling alley, or ziggis coffee if you felt so inclined. Overall a great comfortable stay with everything we needed ♡

We loved our stay! We have two boys, 8 and 6 years old and they loved the bunk beds and how easy it was to walk to get ice cream and checkout the shops. 8 min drive to the national park. It’s a great balance between being walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops, and close enough to get out to the mountains in minutes.

Absolutely breathtaking. As a person that lives in the city most of the time this is the perfect getaway. The sounds of the river drowned out all previous stress and it’s full of fish as well. Will be coming back and I am thankful for the owner being super communicative. Very happy.

What a tranquil, lovely, and enjoyable stay! My wife, two dogs, and I worked remotely from Brian's place for just under a week while also visiting family and friends. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Exercise garage in the AM, cold plunge to wake up, hot tub to relax, sauna to sweat it out, and such an amazing tub, huge kitchen, and amazingly calming bedrooms. Honestly, we could have easily have stayed forever! Brian was an excellent host; always responsive, helpful to sharing the space, and very considerate with everything he's built and created at the home. Unquestionably we would be back again given the chance!

Great stay for some late season skiing!. Perfect for 2 Families with with kids to enjoy time together and the mountains

Our second time staying here! My boys love the game room and we the parents love the luxurious master bathroom downstairs. We come to Denver yearly and will try to grab this place again.
